- 일 측면에 다수개의 홈들을 갖는 고정 전극부;중심영역에 개구부를 가지고, 외부의 인가 전압에 따라 상기 대응되는 고정 전극부의 홈 내부를 왕복하는 돌출부를 가지며, 상기 돌출부에 의해 수평 방향으로 이동하는 가동 전극부;상기 가동 전극부의 개구부에 장착되는 SIL(solid immersion lens);상기 고정 전극부 또는 가동 전극부의 하부면에 형성되어 상기 고정 전극부를 부양시키는 에어-베어링 서페이스(air-bearing surface); 그리고,상기 고정 전극부 및 가동 전극부의 상부에 부착되고, 상기 고정 전극부 및 가동 전극부에 전압을 인가하기 위한 배선 구멍과 상기 SIL에 광을 입사시키기 위한 구멍이 형성된 유리 덮개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가동 전극부의 돌출부는 상기 고정 전극부의 홈 내에 각각 대응되어 일부분이 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가동 전극부는기판;상기 기판의 양측에 각각 형성되는 앵커(anchor)들;상기 기판 및 앵커에 고정되는 탄성 서스펜션(suspension); 그리고,상기 기판의 일 측면 또는 양 측면에 돌출되어 형성되고, 상기 고정 전극부의 홈에 각각 대응되어 일부분이 삽입되며, 외부의 인가 전압에 따라 상기 홈 내로 이동되는 다수개의 전극들을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 앵커 및 고정 전극부의 상부면에 공간 제공을 위한 스페이서(spacer)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈.

- 다수개의 홈들을 갖는 고정 전극부와, 앵커, 탄성 서스펜션, 상기 고정 전극부의 홈 내로 이동되는 다수개의 전극들을 갖는 가동 전극부와, SIL을 포함하는 SIL 모듈 제조방법에 있어서,기판을 준비하는 제 1 단계;상기 기판 상부의 소정영역을 패터닝하여 스페이서를 형성하고, 상기 기판 하부의 소정영역을 패터닝하여 에어-베어링 서페이스를 형성하는 제 2 단계;상기 기판의 중심영역을 식각하여 관통구멍을 형성하는 제 3 단계;상기 기판의 소정영역들을 패터닝하여 상기 고정 전극부의 홈들과 상기 가동 전극부의 앵커, 탄성 서스펜션, 전극들을 형성하는 제 4 단계; 그리고,상기 기판의 중심영역에 형성된 관통구멍 내에 상기 SIL을 접합하는 제 5 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계 후, 상기 기판 상부에 유리 덮개를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 실리콘으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 SIL 모듈 제조방법.
