Claims (4)
- 코일(4)에 2개의 U형 코어(2,3)가 조립되고, 이들 U형 코어(2,3)에 의해 갭면의 한 끝단으로부터 다른 끝단에 걸쳐서 개구면적이 연속적으로 변화하도록 경사지게 잘려진 자기갭을 구비한 리액터에 있어서,상기 자기갭에 비자성체 금속재료를 가공하여 형성한 갭형성부재(10)를 설치하여 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리액터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 갭형성부재(10)는, 상기 U형 코어(2,3)의 갭형성면 (2a,3a)과 접하는 평탄부(11)와, 자기갭 형상에 대응하여 적어도 2개의 높이 치수가 다른 높이설정부(12A,12B)와, 적어도 1개의 위치결정스톱퍼(13A)와, 어긋남 방지부(14A,14B)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 리액터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 평탄부(11)의 바깥끝단의 거의 중앙부에 아래쪽으로 향하여 절곡되며, 또한 자기갭 사이에 위치하는 한쪽의 높이설정부(12A)가 형성되고, 상기 평탄부(11)의 반대쪽에 상기 높이설정부(12A)와는 높이 치수가 다른 다른쪽의 높이설정부(12B)가 형성되며, 상기 평탄부(11)의 바깥끝단에서 상기 한쪽의 높이설정부(12A)의 옆쪽에 상기 U형 코어(3)의 한쪽 다리(3A)의 선단부 바깥면(3d)에 접촉하는 위치결정스톱퍼(13A)가 절곡형성되고, 또한 상기 평탄부(11)의 양측 끝단에는 상기 다리(3A)의 선단부 측면(3c,3b)과 접촉하는 어긋남 방지부(14A,14B)가 각각 절곡형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리액터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 평탄부(11)의 중앙 근방에 접착용의 접착구멍(15)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리액터.
