Claims (15)
- 흡착성이 강한 1종 이상의 성분 및 흡착성이 약한 1종 이상의 성분을 함유하는 가압 공급 가스를 분리하기 위한 압력 스윙 흡착 방법으로서, 하기 (a) 내지 (f)단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법:(a) 일정 공급 압력의 가압 공급 가스를 흡착성이 강한 성분을 우선적으로 흡착하는 고체 흡착제를 함유하는 흡착기 용기의 공급 단부에 도입하여, 흡착기 용기의 생성 단부로부터 흡착성이 약한 성분이 농축되어 있는 흡착기 유출 가스를 배출시키며, 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부 이상을 가스 저장 탱크 내로 도입시키는 단계,(b) 가압 공급 가스의 흡착기 용기 내 도입을 종료시키고, 그 흡착기 용기의 공급 단부로부터 가스를 배기시킴으로써 흡착기 용기를 감압시키는 단계,(c) 흡착기 용기의 공급 단부로부터 가스를 계속적으로 배기시킴과 동시에 가스 저장 탱크로부터 저장된 흡착기 유출 가스를 흡착기 용기 내 압력이 최소 흡착기 압력에 도달할 때까지 흡착기 용기의 생성 단부로 도입시키는 단계,(d) 흡착기 용기의 공급 단부로부터의 가스 배기를 종료시키고, 가스 저장 탱크로부터 저장된 흡착기 유출 가스를 흡착기 용기의 생성 단부 내로 계속 도입시키면서 가압 공급 가스를 흡착기 용기의 공급 단부 내로 도입시킴으로써 최소 흡착기 압력에서 중간 압력까지 흡착기 용기를 재가압하는 단계,(e) 가압된 공급 가스를 흡착기 용기의 공급 단부 내에 계속 도입시킴으로써 흡착기 용기를 공급 압력으로 추가로 재가압시키는 단계, 및(f) 단계(a) 내지 (e)를 순환적으로 반복하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서,흡착성이 약한 성분이 농축된 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부를 단계(a) 동안 최종 생성물 가스로서 배출시키는 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,흡착성이 약한 성분이 농축된 저장된 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부를 단계(a) 동안 최종 생성물 가스로서 가스 저장 탱크로부터 배출시키는 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,가스 저장 탱크로부터 나온 저장된 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부를 단계(b),(c),(d) 및 (e) 동안 최종 생성물 가스로서 배출시키는 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,공급가스가 공기이고, 흡착성이 강한 성분이 질소이며, 흡착성이 약한 성분이 산소인 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,고체 흡착제는 타입 A, 타입 X 또는 모르데나이트 구조를 갖는 1가 또는 2가 양이온 교환 제올라이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a)단계 동안에는, 흡착기 유출 가스가 가스 저장탱크로 도입되기에 앞서 제1 체크 밸브를 통해 흡착기 유출 가스가 흐르고, (b), (c), (d) 및 (e) 단계동안에는 가스 저장탱크로부터의 어떤 가스도 제1 체크 밸브를 통해 흡착기 용기로 흐르지 않는 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 방법.

- 1종 이상의 흡착성이 강한 성분과 1종 이상의 흡착성이 약한 성분을 함유하는 공급가스를 분리하는 압력 스윙 흡착 장치로서, 하기 (a)∼(h)를 포함하는 것이 특징인 장치.(a) 우선적으로 흡착성이 강한 성분을 흡착하는 고체 흡착제를 함유하고, 공급 단부와 생성 단부를 가진 흡착기 용기;(b) (1)공급가스를 흡착기 용기의 공급단부로 도입하고 (2)흡착기 용기의 공급단부로부터 배기 가스를 배출시키는 송풍기, 밸브 및 배관 수단;(c) 흡착성이 약한 성분이 농축되어 있는 흡착기 유출 가스를 흡착기 용기의 생성 단부로부터 배출시키는 배관 수단;(d) 흡착기 용기의 생성 단부로부터 배출된 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부를 보유하는 가스 저장 탱크;(e) 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부를 가스 저장 탱크로 도입하고 가스 저장 탱크로부터의 흡착기 유출 가스를 흡착기 용기로 전달하는 배관 수단;(f) 흡착기 용기와 가스 저장 탱크간의 차압이 제1 체크 밸브의 토출차압(differential opening pressure) 이상일 때에만, 흡착기 유출 가스를 가스 저장 탱크로 흐르게 하는 제1 체크 밸브;(g) 가스 저장 탱크와 흡착기 용기간의 차압이 제2 체크 밸브의 토출차압 이상일때에만, 가스를 가스 저장 탱크로부터 흡착기 용기로 흐르게 하는 제2 체크 밸브;(h) 흡착성이 약한 성분이 농축된 최종 생성물 가스로서 흡착기 유출 가스의 일부 이상을 배출시키는 배관수단.
- 제10항에 있어서,(b)의 밸브수단은 2방향 4포트 밸브를 포함하는 것으로, 이 밸브는 제1 밸브 위치에서, 가스가 공급 유입구/배출구 라인, 밸브, 송풍기 흡입 라인, 송풍기, 송풍기 방출 라인, 밸브, 흡착기 용기 공급 단부에 연결된 라인을 통해 차례로 흘러 들어가 흡착기 용기로 흐르도록 하고, 제2 밸브 위치에서, 가스가 흡착기 용기로부터 흡착기 용기 공급 단부에 연결된 라인, 밸브, 송풍기 흡입 라인, 송풍기, 송풍기 방출 라인, 밸브 및 공급 유입구/배출구 라인을 통해 차례로 흐르도록 하는 것인 압력 스윙 흡착 장치.
