Claims (5)
- 캔의 상측 개구에 설치되어서 캔 내부를 밀봉하고 가변부를 구비한 안전 플레이트와; 상기 안전 플레이트의 상측에 절연체를 개재하여 설치되고 적어도 하나의 관통 구멍을 보유한 전류차단디스크와; 상기 전류차단디스크와 면접촉하여 전류를 통하는 헤드부와, 상기 헤드부에서 연장되어 상기 관통 구멍을 통하여 하향되고 상기 안전 플레이트의 가변부에 접촉된 로드부를 구비하는 도전스위치와; 상기 로드부와 관통 구멍의 내주면의 사이에 개재되는 절연물을 포함하며; 상기 도전스위치는 전지 내압을 받아 안전 플레이트의 가변부가 상승함에 연동하여 밀어 올려짐으로 전류를 차단하도록 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류차단디스크는 다수개의 통기공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 플레이트는 노치를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가변부의 상승 개시 압력은 11Kgf/cm2에서 12Kgf/cm2의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류차단디스크의 상부에 전류제한기와 캡 커버를 설치한 것임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
