Claims (3)
- 제1의 브리지분기에 유체온도를 측정하는 제1감열소자와, 제2의 브리지분기에 가열전류에 의해 발열함과 동시에 유체의 흐름에 의해 냉각되는 제2감열소자와를 구비한 브리지회로와, 상기 제1 및 제1감열소자의 전위차를 증폭하는 차동증폭기와, 상기 제1 및 제2감열소자의 온도차가 일정하게 되도록 상기 가열전류를 제어하는 정온도차 제어회로와를 구비한 감열식 유량계에 있어서, 상기, 차동증폭기의 입력회로에 오프셋전압을 공급하는 전류원을 구비함과 동시에 전원전압 인가시에 상기 오프셋전압을 일시적으로 변화 시키는 오프셋전압 변화수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량계.
- 상기 오프셋전압 변화수단은 전원 전압인가시에 상기 오프셋전압을 가산하고, 서서히 가산량을 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1에 기재된 감열식 유량계.
- 상기 오프셋전압 변화수단은 전원 전압인가시에 상기 오프셋전압을 감산하고, 서서히 감산량을 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1에 기재된 감열식 유량계.
