Claims (10)
- 용탕을 냉각롤에 직접 접촉시키는 직접주조법에 의해 (200)집합조직을 갖는 Fe-Si계 규소박판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 직접주조에 의해 얻어진 (200)집합조직을 갖는 Fe-Si계 규소박판을 산세후 냉 간압연한 다음, (200)집합조직을 갖는 냉연박판을 0.5Tm(Tm:박판의 용융온도)이상의 온도에서 열처리함을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소박판은 Fe-(1.5∼4%)Si 로 조성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉간압연은 80% 이하로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉간압연은 15-86% 의 범위로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 600-1250℃ 의 범위에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 900-1250℃ 의 범위에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 1050-1250℃ 의 범위에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 3분 이상 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각롤은 단롤 또는 쌍롤임을 특징으로 하는 직접 주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
- 용탕을 단롤 또는 쌍롤에 직접 접촉시켜 Fe-Si 계 규소박판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 규소박판은 Fe-(1.5~4%)Si 를 주성분으로 하고 여기에 1.2 중량% 이하의 Al, 1.2중량% 이하의 Mn 및 0.3중량% 이하의 Sn 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상이 첨가된 Fe-Si 계 규소박판이고; 상기 규소박판을 산세후 냉간압연한 다음, 냉연박판을 600-1250℃ 의 온도에서 열처리함을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 직접주조에 의해 제조된 규소박판의 후처리방법.
