Claims (15)
- 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌, 폴리올레핀, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체, 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 메타크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 일산화탄소 공중합체, 에틸렌 부틸아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는, 장쇄 탄소-탄소 결합으로 이루어진 열가소성 중합체 성분(a),전분을 포함하는 다당류, 셀룰로즈, 셀룰로즈 유도체, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산 및 폴리에스테르 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것으로서, 열가소성 중합체 성분과 혼합되어 있다가 자연 분해력에 의해 분해 제거되어 열가소성 중합체 성분의 탄소-탄소 결합을 노출시키는 생분해성 성분(b),지방산, 지방산 에스테르, 천연 지방, 천연 또는 합성 고무 및 이들이 혼합물을 포함하는 것으로서, 열가소성 중합체 성분의 결합을 절단하여 이를 분해하는 자연 분해력의 작용하에 열가소성 중합체 성분의 노출된 탄소-탄소 결합과 반응하여 과산화물 또는 하이드로과산화물을 생성시키는 산화성 성분(c),산화성 성분의 반응 개시를 돕는 철 하이드록시 스테아레이트(d),철 하이드록시 스테아레이트와 함께 촉매로서 작용하여 열가소성 중합체 성분의 분해를 촉진시키는 구리 스테아레이트(e),철 하이드록시 스테아레이트 및 구리 스테아레이트와 함께 자연 분해력의 작용하에 열가소성 중합체 성분의 탄소-탄소 결합을 분해시키는 산화성 성분의 작용을 촉진시키는 방향족 케톤 산화 촉진 성분(f) 및열가소성 중합체 성분이 자연 분해력으로 분해되기까지 분해공정의 개시를 지연시키는 장애된 페놀을 포함하는 비금속성 안정화 성분(g)을 포함하는, 열, 수중 폐기물 및 미생물 유기체 중의 하나 이상으로 구성된 자연 분해력의 작용하에 무해한 생성물로 분해될 수 있는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 케톤이 벤조페논인, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 벤조페논이 전체 조성물의 약 0.01 내지 약 0.2중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구리 스테아레이트가 전체 조성물의 약 0.005 내지 약 0.1중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌, 폴리올레핀, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체, 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 메타크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 일산화탄소 공중합체, 에틸렌 부틸아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는, 장쇄 탄소-탄소 결합으로 이루어진 열가소성 중합체성분(a),전분을 포함하는 다당류, 셀룰로즈, 셀룰로즈 유도체, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산 및 폴리에스테르 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것으로서, 열가소성 중합체 성분과 혼합되어 있다가 자연 분해력에 의해 분해 제거되어 열가소성 중합체 성분의 탄소-탄소 결합을 노출시키는 생분해성 성분(b),지방산, 지방산 에스테르, 천연 지방, 천연 또는 합성 고무 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것으로서, 열가소성 중합체 성분의 결합을 절단하여 이를 분해시키는 자연 분해력의 작용하에 열가소성 중합체 성분의 노출된 탄소-탄소 결합과 반응하여 과산화물 또는 하이드로과산화물을 생성시키는 산화성 성분(c),산화성 성분이 반응 개시를 돕는 철 하이드록시 스테라레이트(d) 및열가소성 중합체 성분이 자연 분해력으로 분해되기까지 분해공정의 개시를 지연시키는 장애된 페놀을 포함하는 비금속성 안정화 성분(g)을 포함하는, 열, 수중 폐기물 및 미생물 유기체 중의 하나 이상으로 구성된 자연 분해력의 작용하에 무해한 생성물로 분해될 수 있는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 산화성 성분이 전체 조성물의 약 15중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 장애된 페놀이 3,5-비스(1,1-디메틸에틸)-4-하이드록시-옥타데실 에스테르 및 벤젠프로판산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 철 하이드록시 스테아레이트가 전체 조성물의 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 촉진 성분이, 자외선, 일광 또는 이들 둘 다의 작용하에 탄소-탄소 결합을 포함하는 열가소성 중합체 성분을 분해하기 위한 광분해 증강제로도 작용하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 생분해성 성분이 전분이고, 전체 조성물의 약 2 내지 약 95중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전분이 과립상 전분이고, 전체 조성물의 약 2 내지 약 75중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 산화성 성분이 대두유(sova oil), 옥수수유, 올리브유, 평지씨유, 면실유, 해바라기유, 땅콩유 및 아마인유 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 케톤이 벤조페논, 안트로퀴논, 안트론, 아세틸벤조페논 및 4-옥틸벤조페논 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는, 합성 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 폴리우레탄, 폴리스티렌, 폴리올레핀, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/비닐 알콜 공중합체, 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌. 메타크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 일산화탄소 공중합체, 에틸렌 부틸아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는, 장쇄 탄소-탄소 결합으로 이루어진 열가소성 중합체 성분(a),전분을 포함하는 다당류, 셀룰로즈, 셀룰로즈 유도체, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락트산 및 폴리에스테르 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것으로서, 열가소성 중합체 성분과 혼합되어 있다가 자연 분해력에 의해 분해 제거되어 열가소성 중합체 성분의 탄소-탄소 결합을 노출시키는 생분해성 성분(b),지방산, 지방산 에스테르, 천연 지방, 천연 또는 합성 고무 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것으로서, 열가소성 중합체 성분의 결합을 절단하여 이를 분해시키는 자연 분해력의 작용하에 열가소성 중합체 성분의 노출된 탄소-탄소 결합과 반응하여 과산화물 또는 하이드로과산화물을 생성시키는 산화성 성분(c),산화성 성분의 반응 개시를 돕는 철 하이드록시 스테아레이트(d),철 하이드록시 스테아레이트와 함께 촉매로서 작용하여 열가소성 중합체 성분의 분해를 촉진시키는 구리 스테아레이트(e),철 하이드록시 스테아레이트 및 구리 스테아레이트와 함께 자연 분해력의 작용하에 열가소성 중합체 성분의 탄소-탄소 결합을 분해시키는 산화성 성분의 작용을 촉진시키는 방향족 케톤 산화 촉진 성분(f) 및열가소성 중합체 성분이 자연 분해력으로 분해되기까지 분해공정의 개시를 지연시키는 장애된 페놀을 포함하는 비금속성 안정화 성분(g)을 혼합하는 단계와혼합된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 중합체 제품으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는, 열, 수중 폐기물 및 미생물 유기체 중의 하나 이상으로 구성된 자연 분해력의 작용하에 무해한 생성물로 분해될 수 있는 열가소성 중합체 제품의 제조방법.
