Claims (1)
- 자동차의 전,후,좌우에 각각 설치되어 타 자동차 또는 소정의 물체들과의 거리를 전기적인 신호로 검출하는 수개의 거리감지센서(1-4)와; 자동차의 주행속도를 전기적인 신호로 검출하는 속도검출센서(5)와; 상기 센서들의 출력신호들을 각각 입력받아 연산부로 전송하는 센서 입력부(6)와; 상기 센서 입력부(6)를 통해 입력 받은 자동차의 주행속도와 소정의 자동차 및 물체와의 거리가 기 설정되어 있는 기준값에 가까울 경우 자동차의 제동이나, 조향각도 및 스로틀 밸브의 개폐량을 조절하여 해당 자동차 또는 물체와의 충돌을 회피할 수 있도록 하는 제어신호를 출력 제어부(8)로 발생시키는 연산부(7)와; 상기 연산부(7)에서 출력되는 제어신호에 부응하는 구동신호를 비상등(9)과 스로틀 밸브(10), 브레이크 시스템(11) 및 조향장치(12)로 각각 출력하여 해당 자동차 또는 물체와의 충돌을 회피토록 하는 출력 제어부(8)로 구성된 공지의 충돌 회피장치에 있어서,자동차의 엔진 회전수를 전기적인 신호로 검출하여 센서 입력부(6)로 전송하는 엔진 회전수 검출센서(13)와;자동차의 주행속도와 엔진의 회전송도를 대비하여 기 산출해낸 최적의 클러치 작동제어신호를 기억하고 있는 클러치 제어 알고리즘 기억부(14)와;상기 센서 입력부(6)를 통해 입력되는 현재 자동차의 주행속도와 엔진의 회전수를 상기 클러치 제어 알고리즘 기억부(14)에 기억되어져 있는 데이타들과 비교하여 최적의 클러치 제어신호를 클러치 액츄에이터(16)로 출력시켜 주는 클러치 제어부(15)와;수동변속기 자동차의 클러치상에 장착되어 상기 클러치 제어부(15)에서 출력되는 신호에 부응하여 클러치를 단속시키는 클러치 액츄에이터(16)를 부가 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속 자동차의 충돌 회피장치.
