Claims (17)
- 연마 스핀들과 구동 기계를 포함하는 연마 장치에 의한 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법에 있어서,상기 연마 스핀들의 회전 속도가 계측되고, 이 값은 데이터 처리 장치로 입력되며, 이것으로부터 상기 연마 스핀들의 운동 에너지 값이 감지되고, 이 값은 연마 버닝의 특성을 나타내는 기준값과 대비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소재가 연마 버닝 상태에 있음을 지시하기 위하여 경고 장치가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 경고 장치로서 시각적 경고 장치가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 경고 장치로서 청각적 경고 장치가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 경고 장치로서 결합된 시각적 및 청각적 경고 장치가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전압의 변동이 감지됨으로써 상기 구동 스핀들 회전 속도의 변동이 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동 스핀들의 이송 속도는 전환된 운동 에너지에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동 스핀들의 이송 속도는 기준값을 초과하는 경우에 다시 원상으로 복귀되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연마 스핀들의 이송 속도는 한계값을 초과하지 않도록 조정되는 것을특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기어 연마시 연마 장치의 분할 장치의 회전 토크값이 감지되며, 이 값이 데이터 처리 장치로 입력되며, 이것으로부터 치 스페이스 초과 치수 분포의 대칭도가 파악되고, 이 값이 이송 속도 조정에 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기어 연마시 연마 장치의 분할 장치의 비틀림 토크가 감지되며, 이 값은 데이터 처리 장치에 입력됨으로써 연마 숫돌의 마모 대칭도가 파악되고, 이 값이 이송 속도 조정에 고려되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 분할 장치로부터 회전을 위하여 이것에 전달된 비틀림 토크와 함께 또는 치 스페이스로 인입되는 연마 숫돌에 소요되는 모터 전류가 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 비틀림 토크는 상기 분할 장치에 유도되는 굽힘 토크에 의해 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 굽힘 토크는 와이어 스트레인 게이지에 의해 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 비틀림 토크는 상기 분할 장치와 주 맨드릴 사이에 배치되는 토크 측정 축에 의하여 비틀림 토크로 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,연마 스핀들을 갖는 구동기와, 연마 스핀들의 회전 속도 측정 장치와, 데이터 처리 장치를 구비하며, 상기 데이터 처리 장치 및 회전 속도 측정 장치는 신호 교환을 위하여 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,연마 스핀들을 갖는 구동기와, 연마 스핀들의 회전 속도 측정 장치와, 소재지지구를 갖는 토크 측정 장치, 및 데이터 처리 장치를 구비하며, 상기 데이터 처리 장치, 회전 속도 측정 장치 및 토크 측정 장치는 신호 교환을 위하여 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연마 가공시 소재의 과열 응력을 방지하는 방법.
