Claims (1)
- 접합대상용 판유리를 세제 및 브러쉬등을 사용해 유리 표면에 잔존하는 이물질등을 완전제거함은 물론 청정수를 이용한 행굼 및 열기를 송풍시켜 수분을 건조시켜 완전 제거 후 설정위치까지 컨베어식으로 이송 가능하게 이루어진 세척 및 건조공정과,천정 및 바닥면과 함께 사면이 칸막이 등에 의해 인위적으로 폐쇄된 밀폐공간의 난방장치를 갖춘 조습실로 이루어지고, 작업시작 30분 내지 1시간 전에 작동시켜 상기 조습실 내의 온도를 약 20 ∼ 35℃정도 내에서 적정한 상온이 유지되게 설정하여 상기 조습실의 내부 습도를 약 20%이하로 떨어지게 방열에 의해 조습되도록 유지되게 한후 한 쌍의 판유리 사이에 P.V.B필름이 설정작업에 따라 수행되는 적층작업공정과,상기 적층작업공정의 조습실 내부에 구비된 작업대 상부에 적층작업이 완료된 접합대상용 판유리가 안치 상태로 다시 수평 이송되고 1차적으로 예열됨과 동시에 이동되면서 적층된 판유리 및 P.V.B필름의 두께에 따라 대응되는 압력, 온도 및 회동 속도가 설정되어 설정온도 가열된 한 쌍의 고무롤러들 사이를 순차적으로 이동되면서 가압되어 설정위치까지 자동 이송되게 형성된 예비접합공정과,상기 예비접합공정을 통하여 이송 완료된 접합대상체에 대응되는 소정형상의 가이드 틀에 안착시키고, 이를 오토클레이브에 수납시킨 후 설정된 온도 및 시간에 따라 완전하게 최종접합 완료되게 이루어진 본접합공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조습력이 강화된 접합 안전유리 제조방법.
