Claims (3)
- 기재(P) 상에 표피재(C)를 접합하는 금형장치에 있어서; 각각의 챔버(23a)(24a)를 통하여 물과 공기가 출입하도록 각각의 공기관(27)(28) 및 냉각수관(25)(26)이 연결되는 상하프레임(23)(24); 그리고 상기 각각의 상프레임(23) 및 하프레임(24) 상에 분할 고정되고, 상기 공기관(27)(28) 및 냉각수관(25)(26)과 연통되는 각각의 냉각홀(21a)(22a)과 진공홀(21b)(22b)을 지니는 상하형(21)(22)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공성형을 위한 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상형(21) 및 하형(22)은 알루미늄, 아연, 강, 에폭시 중에서 선택하여 성형되고, 상형(21)의 형상면은 무늬를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공성형을 위한 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상형(21)의 진공홀(21b)은 하형(22)의 진공홀(22b)보다 직경은 작게 수량은 많게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공성형을 위한 금형장치.
