Claims (4)
- 디지탈 비디오 디스크와 컴팩트 디스크를 공용으로 구동하기 위한 데이타 프로세서 장치에 있어서,디스크의 리드인 영역을 읽어 디스크 종류를 판별하고, 상기 디스크 종류에 따라 디지털 비디오 모드 및 컴팩트 디스크 모드를 설정하는 마이크로 프로세서와,상기 설정된 모드가 디지탈 비디오 디스크 모드인 경우 상기 디스크에서 리드한 펄스 스트림을 이.에프.엠. 플러스 방식에 따라 복조하고, 컴팩트 디스크 모드인 경우 상기 펄스 스트림을 이.에프.엠 방식에 따라 복조하는 복조부와,상기 복조부로부터의 복조된 데이터를 저장하고, 상기 복조된 데이터를 에러정정부에 제공하며, 상기 에러정정부로부터의 에러정정된 데이터를 저장하는 메모리와,상기 설정된 모드에 따라 에러정정할 데이터의 코드길이와 정정범위를 결정하며, 상기 메모리에 저장되어 있는 데이터를 상기 결정된 코드길이와 정정범위에 의해 에러정정하고, 상기 에러정정된 데이터를 상기 메모리에 기록하는 에러정정부와,상기 설정된 모드가 디지탈 비디오 디스크 모드인 경우 상기 메모리로부터의 상기 에러정정되어 저장된 데이타를 디스크램블링하여 출력하는 디스크램블러부와,상기 설정된 모드가 컴팩트 디스크 모드인 경우 상기 메모리로부터의 상기 에러정정되어 저장된 데이타를 오디오 처리하는 오디오 프로세서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코드길이와 정정범위는, 상기 디지탈 비디오 디스크 모드인 경우 PI(182,172), PO(208,192)이고, 상기 컴팩트 디스크 모드인 경우 C1(32,28), C2(28,24) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에러정정부는,상기 디지탈 비디오 디스크 모드에서 상기 PI(182,172), PO(208,192)에 따라서 상기 메모리로부터 복조된 데이타를 입력받아 신드롬 다항식을 출력하고, 상기 컴팩트 디스크 모드에서 상기 C1(32,28), C2(28,24)에 따라서 상기 메모리로부터 복조된 데이타를 입력받아 신드롬 다항식을 생성하는 신드롬 다항식 생성부와,이레져 플래그를 입력받아 이레져 상수를 생성하는 이레져 상수 생성부와,상기 신드롬 다항식과 이레져 상수를 입력받아 모디파이드 신드롬 연산하여 포니 신드롬 다항식과 이레져 다항식을 생성하는 모디파이드 신드롬 연산부와,상기 포니 신드롬 다항식과 이레져 다항식을 모디파이드 유클리디안 알고리즘에 따라 처리하여 에러타 로케이터 다항식과 에러타 이벨루에이터 다항식을 생성하는 모디파이드 유클리디안 알고리즘부와,상기 에러타 로케이터 다항식과 에러타 이벨루에이터 다항식에 따라 입력된 데이타의 에러를 정정하여 출력하는 첸 서치 및 에러 정정부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메모리가 외부 메모리임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
