Claims (5)
- 광원으로 사용되는 레이저 다이오드(21)와, 상기 레이저 다이오드(21)로부터 나온 λ 파장의 빔에 λ/2 파장을 추가로 발생시키는 SHG소자(22)와, 상기 λ와 λ/2 파장의 빔을 분리시키는 파장 선택기(23)와, 상기 빔들을 디스크(D)로 보내고 다시 디스크(D)에서 반사된 빔을 통과시키는 웨이브 가이드형 렌즈(24)와, 상기 웨이브 가이드형 렌즈(24)를 통과함 빔을 디스크(D)로 집속시키는 오브젝티브 렌즈(25)와, 상기 디스크(D)에서 반사되어 웨이브 가이드형 렌즈(24)를 통과한 빔을 검지하는 수개의 포터디텍터(26)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 다이오드(21)와 SHG소자(22)는 일체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 SHG소자(22)는 웨이브 가이드형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웨이브 가이드형 렌즈(24)는 양측에 지오데식 렌즈 (27)(27')가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 시스템,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포터디텍터(26)는 웨이브 가이드형 렌즈(24)에 일체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 시스템.
