Claims (11)
- (정정) 자기 기록 캐리어 상의 트랙에 디지털 비디오 신호와 같은 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 트랙들은 기록 캐리어에 대해 서로 병렬로 또한 이 기록 캐리어의 길이 방향 축에 대하여 각도를 갖고 런(주행)되고, 상기 장치는 상기 디지털 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력 단자와 상기 디지털 신호를 제1의 트랙 부분에 기록하기 위한 기록수단을 포함하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치에 있어서, n 비트의 제1의 코드워드를 생성하기 위하여 고안된 코드워드 생성 수단을 포함하고, 상기 기록 수단은 n 비트의 제1의 코드워드를 상기 트랙들의 시작부를 형성하는 제2의 트랙 부분에 기록하기 위하여 고안되고, 상기 제1의 코드워드는 연속적으로 제1의 2진값을 갖는 p 비트, 제1의 2진값의 반전 2진값인 제2의 2진값을 갖는 q 비트, 및 제1의 2진값을 갖는 r 비트의 순서를 포함하고, p, q 및 r은 p≥3, q≥3 및 r≥3의 관계를 유지하는 우수인 것인을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 n비트의 제2의 코드워드를 생성하고 제2의 코드워드를 제2의 트랙 부분에 기록하기 위하여 추가로 고안되고, 상기 제2의 코드워드는 제1의 코드워드의 반전 코드워드인 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, r은 p와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 코드워드는 제1의 2진값을 갖는 p 비트, 제2의 2진값을 갖는 q비트, 제1의 2진값을 갖는 p비트 및 제2의 2진값을 갖는 q 비트의 연속적인 순서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 코드워드는 부가적으로 제1의 2진값의 p + 2의 연속적인 비트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 코드워드는 부가적인 제2의 2진값의 q + 2의 연속적인 비트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, p, q 및 r은 3 또는 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 기록된 정보의 주파수와 비교하여 비교적 낮은 주파수를 갖는 캐리어로 이루어지고, 제2의 기록 트랙부에 기록된 정보 내에 있는 파일럿 신호를 생성하기 위하여, 제2의 트랙 내에 제1의 코드워드와 제2의 코드워드를 교대로 기록하여 기록된 평균값이 필수적으로 비교적 낮은 주파수 캐리어의 변화에 따라 변하도록 상기 장치가 고안되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제8항에 있어서, 상기 파일럿 신호를 생성하기 위하여 제1 및 제2의 코드워드의 일치하지 않는 값이 0이 되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, n=25인 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 코드워드는 25비트의 2진수(00011 10001 11000 00111 00011)와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 신호를 기록하기 위한 장치.
