Claims (3)
- 각종 슬럿지의 탈수처리장치(1)에 있어서,상면 일측에 슬럿지투입구(110)와 타측에 공기주입구(120)가 형성된 하부가 통공된 상부챔버(130)와 상,하부가 통공된 하부챔버(140)가 구비되고, 상기 상부챔버(130)를 승강작동시키는 실린더(150)가 상부챔버(130) 상단에 구비되고, 상부챔버(130) 일측으로 공기주입구(120)를 통해 고압의 공기를 상부챔버(130)측으로 공급하기 위한 에어챔버(160)가 구비되며, 상기 상부챔버(130)와 하부챔버(140)사이를 구동로울러(221)에 의해 순환이송되는 여과포(210)가 구비되고, 상기 여과포(210) 하방으로 하부챔버(140)와 연통되는 드레인펜(250)을 구비하여 슬럿지에서 탈수된 수분을 받아 드레인배출구(260)를 통해 드레인되도록 하고, 여과포(210)에 압착되어 케이크화된 슬럿지는 공기분사노즐(230)을 하우징(200) 일단에 장착하여 케이크와 된 슬럿지를 여과포와 이탈 시키도록 한,후 스크래퍼(300)에 의해 완전히 탈거 시키고, 하우징(200) 타단에 여과포(210)를 세척하기 위한 물분사노즐(240)이 구비된 것을 구성상 특징으로 하는 슬럿지 탈수처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,통공된 사각형상의 덕트(171)가 길이방향으로 길게 형성되고, 양측면으로 상기 덕트(171)와 연통되는 덕트(172)가 다수개 형성되면서, 상기 각각의 덕트(171)(172) 양측 하단면에 다수개의 배출구(173)를 형성하여, 슬럿지가 슬럿지 투입구(110)를 통해 유입되면 슬럿지는 중앙의 덕트(171)를 따라 유동되면서, 양측의 덕트(172)로 분산되어 상부챔버(130)내에 골고루 분산되도록 하는 슬럿지 분산장치 (170)가 있고, 케이스(100) 상면부에 구비된 실린더(150)의 로드(151)가 상부챔버(130) 상면과 연결 고정되어 상부챔버(130)가 상하 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬럿지 탈수처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상부챔버(130)와 하부챔버(140)의 맞닿는 부위인, 상부챔버(130) 하단면을 따라 볼트(135)에 의해 고정되는 고정부재(131)내에 몸체부(133)가 삽입되고, 고정부재(131) 표면상으로 상기 몸체부(133)와 일체로 되면서 돌출되는 원형 돌출부(134)가 형성되는 고무패드(132)가 형성되는 것과, 상기 상부챔버(130) 하단면과 대응되는 하부챔버(140) 상단면을 따라 볼트(145)에 의해 고정되는 고정부재(141)내에 고무패드(142)의 몸체부(143)가 삽입되고, 고정부재(142) 표면상으로 몸체부(143)와 일체로 형성되면서 돌출되는 돌출면(144)이 상기 원형 돌출부(134)와 맞닿아 상,하부챔버(130)(140)간의 기밀성을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬럿지 탈수처리장치.
