Description
Claims (5)
- 제1 및 제2 동시 용융 가공처리된 압감 접착제 층들(16, 18)의 통합 구조물을 포함하는 일반적으로 점착성인 압감 접착제의 양쪽 외측 표면(12, 14)를 지닌 복합 테이프(10).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 압감 접착제 층들 사이에 동시 용융 가공 처리된 하나 이상의 제3층(19)을 추가로 포함하며, 그 구조물은 닙을 통과하기 전에 먼저 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 테이프.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제3층과 하나 이상의 상기 압감 접착제층 사이에 중간층(11, 13)을 추가로 포함하는 복합 테이프.
- a) 제1 및 제2 압감 접착제 조성물의 2 이상의 용융 스트림(102, 112)을 제공하는 단계;b) 상기 스트림을 제1 및 제2 외측 표면상에 상기 제1 및 제2 접착제 조성물을 갖고 있는 하나의 통합된 용융 구조물로 결합시키는 단계;c) 상기 통합된 용융 구조물을 고체 기제(150) 상에 침착시켜 상기 제1 표면은 상기 기제에 접촉한 상태이고 상기 표면은 유리 상태의 표면이도록 하는 단계; 및d) 상기 용융 구조물을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 용융 가공처리에 의한 압감 접착제 테이프(10)의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,aa) 상기 단계 b)의 통합 구조물내에 결합되는 제3의 압출성 물질의 용융 스트림(122)을 상기 제1 및 제2 압감 접착제 조성물 사이에 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
