Claims (14)
- 제1용접 매개변수 윤곽을 결정하기 위한 장치와, 제1용접 매개변수 윤곽을 기억하기 위한 기억장치와, 그리고 일치 정도를 결정하기 위하여 제1용접 매개변수 윤곽을 뒤에 측정한 제2용접 매개변수 윤곽과 비교하기 위한 비교기를 구비하는, 캔들을 생산하기 위한 캔몸체 상의 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 제1용접 매개변수 윤곽으로서 상기 기억장치(24)에 저장되는 평균 용접 매개변수 윤곽(Fm)을 결정하는 것에 의한 그리고 제1용접 매개변수 윤곽에 대하여 측정된 용접 매개변수치들의 평균치 및 정상 분포된 것으로 추정된 이들 용접 매개변수치들의 표준편차와 감도인자의 곱으로부터 평균 용접 매개변수 윤곽(Fm)을 둘러싸고 있는 불량판정 한계치 밴드(Fg±)를 결정하는 것에 의한, 양호한 것으로 발견된 다수의 캔몸체들(10)의 측정된 용접 매개변수치들의 통계적 평가를 위한 평가장치(22)를 구비하는 것과, 그리고 상기 비교기(26)는 연속적으로 제조된 캔 몸체들(10)에 대하여 측정된 제2용접 매개변수 윤곽이 불량판정 한계치 밴드(Fg±) 내에 놓여 있는지의 여부를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평가장치(22)는 양호한 것으로 발견된 다수의 캔몸체들(10)을 수단으로 하여 이 캔몸체(1)의 길이에 걸친 용접봉합부의 용접점들에 대하여 평균 용접 매개변수 윤곽((Fm)을 결정하는 제1계산장치(22.1)와, 그리고 각각의 용접점에 대하여 불량판정 한계치 밴드(Fg±)를 결정하는 제2계산장치(22.2)와를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 각각의 용접 전류의 반파가 용접점을 형성하는 교류 시임용접장치용 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양호한 것으로 발견된 캔몸체들 20 내지 100개를 수단으로 하여 평균 용접 매개변수 윤곽(Fm)을 결정하는 제 1 계산장치(22.1)를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용접봉합부의 구역들(A,B,C)에 걸친 용접점들이 결합되어 통계적 평가를 수행하는 제 1 계산장치를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 각 구역(A,B,C)이 10 내지 20개의 용접점들을 포함하는 제 1 계산장치를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 감도인자를 위한 입력장치(22.3)가 제 2 계산장치(22.2)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 입력장치(22.3)는 번지지정될 수 있는 감도인자들을 포함하는 검색표를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중에 어느 하나의 항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 다음의 관계들 즉 Fgi+ = Fmi+ z1σiFgi- = Fmi+ z2σi여기서 i = 1,2,3,...n 그리고 Fgi= 용접봉합부의 i번째 용접점에서의 불량판정 한계치.Fmi= 용접봉합부의 i번째 용접점에서의 용접 매개변수의 평균치.z1= 감도인자 또는 하부 불량판정 한계치에 대한 감도의 역수량.z2= 감도인자 또는 상부 불량판정 한계치에 대한 감도의 역수량.σi= 용접봉합부의 i번째 용접점의 표준편차.로부터 불량판정 한계치 밴드(Fgi±)를 계산하는 제 2 계산장치(22.2)를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 감도인자가 3과 5 사이에 있으며, 바람직하게는 4.54인 제 2 계산장치를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제10항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비교기(26)는 비교한 결과에 의존하는 출력신호를 신호처리장치(30 - 40)에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리장치(30 - 40)는 측정된 제 2 용접 매개변수 윤곽이 불량판정 한계치 밴드(Fgi±)의 외측에 놓여 있다면 작동되는 캔몸체 배출기(38)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리장치(30 - 40)는 측정된 용접 매개변수를 교정작용과 함께 재조절하기 위한 조절기(40)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제11항 또는 제12항 중의 어느하나의 항에 있어서, z1≠ z2가 적용되며 그결과로 평균 용접 매개변수 윤곽을 비대칭적으로 둘러싸는 불량판정 한계치 밴드(Fg±)를 계산하는 제 2 계산장치를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
- 제11항 또는 제12항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, z1= z2= z가 적용되며 그 결과로 평균 용접 매개변수 윤곽(Fm)을 대칭적으로 둘러싸는 불량판정 한계치 밴드Fg±를 계산하는 제 2 계산장치를 특징으로 하는 전기 용접부들의 품질을 감시하기 위한 장치.
