Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 내부에 밸브 스풀 공간을 구비하며, 상기 스풀 공간에 인접하여 결합부를 형성하는 분리면을 따라 두 개 이상의 부분으로 길이 방향으로 분할되는 밸브 하우징과; 동축으로 직렬로 배치되며 또 상기 스풀 공간 내에서 각각 축방향으로 미끄럼 이동 가능한 두 개의 밸브 수풀을 구비하며, 각각의 밸브 스풀은 그 말단부에 피스톤 공간 내에서 축방향으로 미끄럼 이동 가능한 피스톤이 설치되며, 상기 피스톤이 관련 밸브 스풀을 축방향으로 이동시켜 작동 유체가 공급되게 하는, 상기 스풀 공간 내에 수납되는 밸브 스풀 장치와; 각각의 피스톤 공간을 라이닝(lining)하고 그 공간 내부에 반경 방향으로 배치된 한 쌍의 가이드 슬리브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다방향 밸브는, 두 개의 밸브 스풀을 축방향 반대 방향으로 가압하기 위하여 상기 두 개의 밸브 스풀의 인접 말단부에 인접한 맬브 스풀 공간 내에 하나 이상의 로딩 수단(loading means)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 로딩 수단은 스프링 장치의 형태로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 로딩 수단은 상기 두 개의 밸브 스풀 사이에 위치하며 항상 양 밸브 스풀에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 밸브 스풀은 그 상호 인접한 말단면 내에 리세스가 형성되며, 상기 리세스 내부에 하나 이상의 로딩 수단이 부분적으로 넣어지는 방식으로 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 밸브는 이 밸브와 관련되고 또 밸브 스풀 공간으로 측방향으로 개방된 밸브 덕트와 함께 3방향 밸브 또는 3/2 방향 밸브 기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다방향 밸브는 두 개의 밸브 파워 덕트에 대하여 작동유체의 공급을 교대로 또는 동시에 개시 및 차단할 수 있도록 양 밸브 스풀을 동시에 작동시키는 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 밸브 파워 덕트는 상호 연결되어 공통 파워 덕트가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다방향 밸브는 두 개의 밸브 파워 덕트에 대한 작동 유체의 공급을 교대로 개시 및 차단할 수 있도록 양 밸브 스풀을 시차를 두고 오프셋(time-offset) 작동시키는 수단을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 독립된 밸브 스풀은 두 개의 3/2 방향 밸브 기능 대신에 단일 5/2 방향 밸브 기능 또는 5/3 방향 밸브 기능을 제공하기 위하여 단일의 일체형 밸브 스풀로 대체될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 각각은 피스톤 스풀의 형태로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 밸브 덕트는 상기 밸브 하우징을 관통하여 연장되고, 상기 밸브 덕트의 길이의 적어도 일부는 상기 결합부 내로 연장되며, 상기 길이부의 덕트벽은 상보형(complementary) 외주벽부로 구성되고, 상기 벽부는 상기 하우징 부품의 길이 방향의 측면에 있는 결합부에서 상호 인접하는 상기 하우징 부품상에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 결합부 내로 연장되는 밸브 덕트의 길이의 일부는 밸브 제어 덕트에 포함되며, 상기 밸브 제어 덕트는 제어 유채를 공급하여 작동면상에 작용시키도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 밸브 스풀은 두 개의 절환(switching) 위치를 취하며, 상기 두 절환 위치 사이에서 축방향으로 이동함으로써 절환될 수 있고, 각각의 밸브 스풀 또는 이와 접속된 부품이 상기 하우징과 일체로된 접촉부에 대하여 지지되기 때문에 모든 절환 위치는 고정되어 있으며, 상기 두 개의 밸브 스풀은 자체의 절환 기능 위치에 관하여 서로 간섭하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 밸브 스풀은 파일럿 피스톤과 연결되어 있으며, 상기 파일럿 피스톤은 상기 밸브 하우징 내의 피스톤 공간에 축방향 운동이 가능하도록 배열되어 있고, 상기 두 개의 접촉부는 각각의 피스톤 공간의 내측 및 외측의 축방향의 제한벽으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다방향 밸브.
