Claims (15)
- 냉동실 및 냉장실을 구비하는 냉장고에 있어서, 상기 냉장고의 외기(실내)온도를 감지하는 실내온도감지수단과, 상기 냉장고의 도어개폐여부를 감지하는 도어개폐감지수단과, 상기 실내온도감지수단에 의해 감지된 실내온도 및 상기 도어개폐감지수단에 의해 감지된 도어개폐횟수에 따라 상기 냉장고의 운전모드를 판단하여 전체적인 냉각운전을 제어하는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 고내온도를 일정하게 유지하도록 압축기를 구동제어하는 압축기구동수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 상기 증발기에 의해 열교환된 냉기를 순환시켜 고내온도를 일정하게 유지하도록 팬모터를 구동제어하는 팬모터구동수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어장치.
- 냉장실 및 냉동실로 구성된 저장실과, 냉매를 압축하는 압축기와, 상기 저장실에 각각 설치되어 송풍되는 공기를 냉기로 열교환시키는 증발기와 상기 증발기에 의해 열교환된 냉기를 상기 저장실에 공급하도록 상기 증발기에 근접하여 각각 배치된 팬과, 상기 각 저장실의 고내온도를 감지하는 온도감지수단과, 상기 온도감지수단에 의해 감지된 고내온도에 따라 운전모드가 과부하시에는 상기 냉장실의 고내온도를 기준으로 상기 압축기 및 냉장실팬을 구동시키는 제어수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증발기는 상기 냉동실에 장착된 제1증발기와, 상기 냉장실에 장착된 제2증발기로 구성되며, 상기 제1 및 제2증발기는 직렬로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어장치.
- 냉장고의 외기온도를 감지하는 실내온도감지스텝과, 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도에 따라 도어개폐횟수 및 도어열림시간을 적산하여 상기 냉장고가 과부하모드인지를 판별하는 과부하판별스텝과, 상기 과부하판별스텝에서 상기 냉장고가 과부하모드라고 판별되면, 냉동실 및 냉장실의 고내온도에 따라 압축기 및 팬을 구동제어하는 과부하운전스텝과, 상기 과부하판별스텝에서 상기 냉장고가 정상모드라고 판별되면, 냉동실의 고내온도에 따라 압축기 및 팬을 구동제어하는 정상운전스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T1)이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T2∼T1)이내인 경우, 도어개폐횟수가 5회이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T2∼T1)이내인 경우, 도어열림시간이 3분이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T3∼T2)이내인 경우 도어개폐횟수가 10회이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T3∼T2)이내인 경우, 도어열림시간이 6분 이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T3)이하인 경우, 도어개폐횟수가 20회이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하판별스텝은 상기 실내온도감지스텝에 의해 감지된 실내온도(Tr)가 소정온도(T3)이하인 경우, 도어열림시간이 10분이상이면, 상기 냉장고가 과부하상태라고 판단하여 운전모드를 과부하운전모드로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하운전스텝은 상기 냉장실의 고내온도가 설정온도이상이면, 압축기 및 냉장실팬을 구동제어하여 상기 냉장실을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하운전스텝은 상기 냉동실의 고내온도가 설정온도이상이면, 압축기 및 냉동실팬을 구동제어하여 상기 냉장실을 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하운전스텝은 상기 냉장실의 고내온도에 의한 압축기 및 냉장실팬의 구동시에 상기 냉동실의 고내온도에 따라 냉동실팬을 동시에 구동제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과부하운전스텝은 상기 냉동실의 고내온도에 의한 압축기 및 냉동실팬의 구동시에 상기 냉장실의 고내온도에 따라 냉장실팬을 동시에 구동제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 운전제어방법.
