Claims (5)
- 외부자속을 초전도접합의 양단에 전압으로 변환시키는 초전도양자간섭소자로 구성된 감지부와, 정수배의 단위양자 자속량을 상기 감지부에 보내 출력전압의 크기를 일정하게 하고, 외부의 자기 신호에 대해 감지부의 출력신호의 주파수를 변조하여 상기 감지부에서 감지된 신호를 주파수 변조 방식으로 처리하는 신호처리부와, 상기 신호처리부의 신호로 초전도 양자간섭소자의 루프에 자속을 되먹임해주는 되먹임부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 미세자장측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리부는, 주파수 변조된 신호의 진폭잡음제거를 위해 진폭을 제한함을 특징으로 하는 미세자장측정장치.
- 주파수 변조방식의 신호처리부를 갖는 제1 자장측정장치와, 미세한 외부자속이 가해질 때 상기 제1 자장측정장치와 주파수를 달리하는 제2 자장측정장치와, 상기 제1, 제2 자장측정장치로부터 검출된 두 신호의 위상차에 비례하는 크기의 신호를 출력하는 위상검출기와, 상기 위상검출기의 위상차에 비례하는 전압을 적분하여 외부 자기 신호 세기의 공간적 경사도를 측정하는 적분기를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 미세자장측정장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1,제2 자장측정장치 중 하나에만 되먹임부가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 미세자장측정장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 되먹임부의 되먹임 자속에 의해 상기 자장측정장치의 주파수가 변해 상기 두 자장측정장치는 신호의 출력신호의 위상차가 0이 되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 미세자장측정장치.
