Claims (6)
- 반구베어링장치중 반구의 레이디얼 하중 및 드러스트 하중을 지지하는 부싱을 가공함에 있어서,내측 공간부가 상기 부싱의 형상과 대응하도록 조각된 제 1 형틀 및 제 2 형틀을 제 1 가압 수단 및 제 2 가압 수단에 설치하고, 상기 제 1 형틀, 상기 제 2 형틀의 사이에 부싱 소재를 위치시킨 후, 상기 제 1 가압 수단, 제 2 가압 수단중 어느 일측에 의해 상기 제 1 형틀 및 상기 제 2 형틀에 소정 압력을 가하여 상기 제 1 형틀 및 상기 제 2 형틀의 내측 공간에서 상기 부싱 소재를 소성 변형시킴으로써 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반구베어링의 부싱 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 소재는 소정 온도로 기 예열되어 열간 단조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구베어링의 부싱 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 소재는 대기 온도에서 냉간 단조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구베어링의 부싱 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단조 가공된 상기 부싱의 오목한 반구면에는 소정 금속, 소정 두께로 피막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링의 부싱 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱 소재는 소정 직경을 갖고 속이 빈 원통인 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링의 부싱 가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 형틀, 상기 제 2 형틀은 단조 공작기계에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반구 베어링의 부싱 가공 방법.
