Claims (2)
- 한쪽 단자에는 전동기(M)에 흐르는 전류신호가 입력되고 다른쪽 단자에는 접지점이 연결되어 있는 저항(Rs)으로 이루어지며, 상기 저항(Rs) 양단의 전압신호를 출력하는 신호변환수단(30)과 ; 상기 신호변환수단(30)으로부터 출력된 상기 전압신호를 입력받는 입력저항(Rin), 상기 입력저항(Rin)을 통한 상기 전압신호를 반전 입력단자로 입력받고 일정 크기의 제1비교기준전압(Vref1)을 비반전 입력단자로 입력받는 제1연산증폭기(OP4) 및 상기 제1연산증폭기(OP4)의 반전 입력단자와 출력단자 사이에 연결된 커패키터(Cin)로 이루어지며, 상기 제1비교기준전압(Vref1)을 초과하는 상기 전압신호의 일부분만 적분하는 신호적분수단(40)과 ; 상기 신호적분수단(40)으로부터 입력된 신호를 반전 입력단자로 입력받고 일정 크기의 제2비교기준전압(Vref2)을 비반전 입력단자로 입력받는 제2연산증폭기(OP)로 이루어지며, 상기 신호적분수단(40)으로부터 입력된 신호가 상기 제2비교기준전압(Vref)보다 작을 경우에만 상기 전동기(M)에 과전류가 흐르고 있음을 나타내는 결과신호를 출력하는 과전류 판단수단(50)으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전동기 과전류 검출 장치
- 제1항에서, 상기 입력저항(Rin)은 상기 신호변환수단(30)의 저항(Rs)의 값보다 훨씬 크기 때문에 상기 저항(Rs)의 값에 영향을 끼치지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류전동기 과전류 검출장치.
