Description
Claims (11)
- 냉각용 통제의 내주면을 따라서 냉각액을 분출공급하고, 이 통체의 냉각액 배출단측으로 통체의 내주면을 따라서 선회하면서 이동하는 냉각액층을 형성하고; 이 냉각액층의 내측의 공간부에 용융금속을 공급하고; 이 용융금속에 냉각액층으로 지향하는 가스제트를 불어내어 분단시킴과 동시에 분단된 용융금속을 냉각액층에 공급하고; 냉각액층중에서 응고된 금속분말을 포함하는 냉각액을 통체의 냉각액 배출단으로부터 외부로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각액층중에서 응고된 금속분말을 포함하는 냉각액을 통체의 냉각액 배출단에 부착된 폐색용 뚜껑에 설치된 배출관으로부터 그 관내에 채우면서 외부로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각액으로 물을 사용하고, 불활성 가스에 의해 가스제트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각용통체가 원통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용융금속이 중량에 의해 노즐구멍으로부터 분출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조방법.
- 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각액과 함께 배출된 금속분말을 연속적으로 탈액한 후, 이어서 연속적으로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조방법.
- 내주면을 따라서 냉각액을 분출공급하기 위한 냉각액 분출유도(5)가 설치된 냉각용 통체(1)와; 상기 냉각액 분출유로(5)로부터 분출된 냉각액이 상기 통체(1)의 내주면을 따라서 선회하면서 통체(1)의 냉각액 배출단측으로 이동하도록 형성된 냉각액층(9)의 내측의 공간부(23)에 용융금속(25)을 공급하기 위한 용융금속공급수단(15)과; 이 용융금속(25)을 분단시킴과 동시에 분단된 용융금속을 냉각액층(9)으로 공급하기 위한 가스제트(26)를 분출하기 위한 가스제트 분출수단(27)과; 상기 냉각액 분출유로(5)에 냉각액을 공급하기 위한 냉각액 공급수단(7)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체(1)의 냉각액 배출단에는 폐색용 뚜껑(31)이 설치되어 있고, 이 폐색용 뚜껑에서 냉각액을 관내에 채운 상태에서 이것을 배출하기 위한 배출관(33)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 금속분말 제조장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체(1)가 원통형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 냉각용 통체(1)의 내주면에는 냉각액층(9)의 층두께조정용 링(10)이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 복수개의 층두께조정용 링(10,10A)이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 제조장치.
