Claims (7)
- 희토류 금속의 이온으로 활성화되고, 산화 알루미늄과 산화 칼슘, 산화 스트론튬 또는 산화 마그네슘으로 이루어진 염들의 복합체로 구성된 알카리토금속 알루민산염 복합물인 무기계 축광안료 10~90중량%: 및 상기 축광안료와 피도물간의 접착성을 부여하기 위한 바인더가 함유된 전색제 10~90중량%로 구성되고, 상기 축광 안료가 상기 전색제에 분산된 상태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 축광도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속이 유로피움(Eu), 가돌리늄(Gd), 디스프로슘(Dy), 터븀(Tb) 및 이터븀(Yb)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로하는 축광도료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 전색제는 상기 조성물의 배합량을 기준으로 할 때, 상기 바인더 5~50중량%, 상기 축광안료의 분산 및 습윤을 돕기 위한 조제인 습윤분산제 0.1~1중량%, 상기 조성물의 저장중에 상기 축광안료의 침강을 방지하기 위한 침강방지제 0.5~5중량%, 소포제 0.1~1중량% 및 용제 4.3~40중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 축광도료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전색제는 투명하거나 흰색, 녹색 또는 황색의 색조를 띠는 반투명체인 것을 특징으로하는 축광도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축광안료의 양이 30~60중량%이고 상기 전색제의 양이 40~70중량%인 것을 특징으로하는 축광도료 조성물.
- 희토류 금속의 이온으로 활성화되고, 산화 알루미늄과 산화 칼슘, 산화 스트론튬 또는 산화 마그네슘으로 이루어진 염들의 복합체로 구성된 알카리토금속 알루민산염 복합물인 무기계 축광안료 10~90중량%를 상기 축광안료와 피도물간의 접착성을 부여하기 위한 바인더가 함유된 전색제 10~90중량%에 분산시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로하는 축광도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 축광도료의 분산을 상기 축광안료보다 강도가 높은 분산용구를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로하는 축광도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
