Claims (8)
- a) 벤젠/에틸렌 몰비가 0.3 내지 1 인 벤젠과 에틸렌의 알킬화 반응에서 벤젠을함유하는 조성물 (A) 를 에틸렌을 함유하는 조성물 (B)와 반응시켜, 실질적으로 잔류 벤젠은 함유하지 않으면서 모노-, 디- 및 트리에틸벤젠을 함유하는 알킬레이트를 수득하고 ; b) 이 알킬레이트를 증류 및 정류, 또는 증류나 정류 처리하여, 디- 및 트리에틸벤젠을 함유하는 증류물 (18) 을 수득하며 ; c) 이 증류물 (18) 을 벤젠 (22) 과 트랜스알킬화 반응시켜, 상기 증류물의 디- 및 트리에틸벤젠으로부터 형성된, 모노에틸벤젠이 풍부한 생성물 (25) 을 수득하고 ; d) 이 생성물 (25) 을 증류 및 정류, 또는 증류나 정류 처리하여 에틸벤젠 (29) 을 수득하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 벤젠을 함유하는 조성물 (A) 및 에틸렌을 함유하는 조성물 (B) 로부터의 에틸벤젠의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 (A) 가 포화 탄화수소를 또한 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 (A) 가 경질 개지물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 (B) 가 에틸렌 이외의 불포화 탄화수소를 제외한 포화 탄화수소를 또한 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 (B) 가 탄소 원자수가 2 이하인 탄화수소를 함유한 유체 촉매적 크래킹 가스의 증류 분획임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b) 의 증류물이 모노에틸벤젠을 또한 함유하고, 이 증류물을 증류 및 정류, 또는 증류나 정류 처리하여, 모노에틸벤젠을 함유하는 상부 분획과 디- 및 트리에틸벤젠을 함유하는 하부 분획을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 모노에틸벤젠을 함유하는 상기 상부 분획을 단계 a) 로 재순환시켜, 상기 모노에틸벤젠을 디- 및 트리에틸벤젠으로 알킬화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항, 제 5 항 및 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포화 탄화수소로부터 형성되고 필수적으로 벤젠을 함유하지 않는 석유 분획을 또다른 증류 및 정류, 또는 증류나 정류 처리에 의해 단계 b) 에서 회수함을 목적으로 하는 방법.
