Claims (7)
- 임펠러의 회전축(Ar)에 길이방향으로 평행하게 정렬되고 상기 임펠러의 회전축으로부터 일반적으로 방사성 외향으로 연장된 다수의 블레이드(31)를 갖는 형태의 횡방향 팬(10)용 임펠러에 있어서, 상기 각 블레이드는 코드(Ch), 캠버(Ca), 세팅 각도(Γ) 및 회전축으로부터 소정 거리(Rmax)에 있는 외부 엣지(Eo)를 가지며:상기 다수의 블레이드 중에서, 코드로부터 캠버까지의 최대 편차(Dmax), 세팅 각도, 또는 회전축으로부터 외부 엣지의 거리의 값 중 적어도 하나가 변수의 기준 세트에 대해 무작위적으로 변화되며:상기 변수의 기준 세트는, 상기 캠버와 상기 코드 사이의 최대 편차가 상기 다수의 블레이드 중 모든 블레이드의 최대 편차의 평균과 같은 캠버와, 0°의 세팅 각도와, 상기 다수의 블레이드 중 모든 블레이드에서 가장 큰 회전축으로부터 외부 엣지까지의 거리와 같은 회전축으로부터 외지 엣지의 거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코드로부터 캠버까지의 최대 편차만이 변화되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최대 편차와 값은 상기 기준 최대 편차의 0.5 내지 1.5배로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세팅 각도만이 변화되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세팅 각도는 상기 기준 세팅 각도의 ±15° 내에서 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축으로부터 외부 엣지의 거리만이 변화되는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축으로부터 외부 엣지의 거리는 회전축으로부터 외부 엣지의 기준 거리의 0.9 내지 1.0배로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡방향 팬용 임펠러.
