Claims (6)
- 슬라이드 베어링으로 지지한 회전축에 대하여, 상기 회전축의 축방향의 위치에 대응하여 상이한 신호를 발생하는 상기 회전축의 일부 표면에 형성한 홈과 돌기부로 구성한 신호발생수단과, 상기 신호발생수단과 대응하는 위치에 상기 신호를 수신하고 상기 신호발생수단으로부터의 거리를 검출하는 비접촉 거리센서로 구성한 검출수단을 설치하는 거을 특징으로 하는 베어링 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈과 돌기부는 축방향으로 평행인 하나 이상의 홈 및/또는 돌기와, 하나의 나선상의 홈 또는 돌기로 이루어진 베어링 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈과 돌기부는 축방향으로 폭치수가 변화되는 선형홈부 또는 선형 돌기부로 이루어진 베어링 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부표면에 설치한 영구자석으로 구성하고, 검출수단은 자기센서로 구성한 베어링 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부의 내부에 설치한 선광원으로 구성하고, 검출수단은 광센서로 구성한 베어링 감시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신호발생수단은 회전축의 일부의 표면에 설치한 반사판과, 이 반사판을 조사하는 광원으로 구성하고, 검출수단은 광센서로 구성한 베어링 감시장치.
