Claims (8)
- アクチュエータの作動に伴う弁棒(14)の移動により弁本体(11)内の流体通路(11a)(11b)が開閉される自動弁(2)に設置される自動弁用開度検知装置(3)において、
自動弁(2)に着脱可能に取り付けられるベース部材(4)と、弁棒(14)とともに移動する変位センサ(5)と、変位センサ(5)によって検出される傾斜状の検知面(6a)を有するターゲット(6)とを備えており、ターゲット(6)がベース部材(4)に固定され、変位センサ(5)が移動可能にベース部材(4)に支持されていることを特徴とする自動弁用開度検知装置。 - 変位センサ(5)は、センサ支持部材(21)を介して弁棒(14)に支持され、センサ支持部材(21)は、案内手段(22)を介してベース部材(4)に支持されており、案内手段(22)は、ベース部材(4)に立設された案内軸(32)と、センサ支持部材(21)に設けられて案内軸(32)に挿通される案内軸挿通孔(21a)とを有しており、センサ支持部材(21)が案内軸(32)に案内されて弁棒(14)と一体で移動するようになされていることを特徴とする請求項1の自動弁用開度検知装置。
- 自動弁(2)は、弁棒(14)上端部がケーシング(13)よりも上方に突出しているものとされて、弁棒(14)上端部に、センサ支持部材(21)の下端を受けるセンサ位置決め面(25a)が設けられており、センサ支持部材(21)およびターゲット(6)がベース部材(4)に取り付けられ、ベース部材(4)が弁棒(14)上端部に着脱可能に取り付けられている請求項2の自動弁用開度検知装置。
- 案内軸(32)が1対とされて、その各上端部が連結部材(24)に固定されており、ターゲット(6)は、長方形の板状とされて、弁棒(14)の移動方向に対して傾斜するように、その下端部がベース部材(4)に、上端部が連結部材(24)に取り付けられ、これにより、変位センサ(5)に対向する傾斜状の検知面(6a)が形成されている請求項2または3の自動弁用開度検知装置。
- センサ支持部材(21)の案内軸挿通孔(21a)に、案内軸(32)を案内する円筒状リニアブッシュ(33)が挿入されており、センサ支持部材(21)を下方に付勢する圧縮コイルばね(34)が案内軸(32)に嵌め被せられていることを特徴とする請求項2から4までのいずれかに記載の自動弁用開度検知装置。
- センサ支持部材(21)に、おねじ部材(31)がその下端部をセンサ支持部材(21)の下面から下方に突出するようにねじ合わされており、おねじ部材(31)は、下端部が弁棒(14)上端のセンサ位置決め面(25a)で受けられることで、弁棒(14)と一体で上下移動可能とされている請求項3から5までのいずれかに記載の自動弁用開度検知装置。
- ベース部材(4)に支持されて連結部材(24)を支持する1対の支柱(23)が設けられており、各支柱(23)に、センサ支持部材(21)に弾性力を作用させる付勢部材(50)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4から6までのいずれかに記載の自動弁用開度検知装置。
- 自動弁が樹脂製のダイヤフラムを弁体とするものとされ、流体通路の全閉位置における変位センサの出力信号の経時変化を求めて、これが所定値を超えた時に樹脂製のダイヤフラムの交換時期が来たことを知らせる弁体交換時期判定手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載の自動弁用開度検知装置。
