Claims (6)
- インペラの回転軸を回転させるモータと、
前記モータを収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、且つ、前記モータを駆動制御する制御回路を搭載したプレートと、
前記ハウジングと前記プレートとの間に設けられた冷媒流路と、を備え、
前記冷媒流路の少なくとも一部は、前記ハウジング及び前記プレートの少なくとも一方に設けられた放熱フィンによって形成されている、電動コンプレッサ。 - 前記ハウジング及び前記プレートの両方に前記放熱フィンが設けられている、請求項1記載の電動コンプレッサ。
- 前記ハウジング側に設けられた前記放熱フィンと前記プレート側に設けられた前記放熱フィンとは、交互に並んでいる、請求項2記載の電動コンプレッサ。
- 前記モータを挟んで配置されて前記回転軸を支持する一対の軸受を更に備え、
前記ハウジングは、前記一対の軸受のうち、前記プレートに近い側の一方の前記軸受と前記プレートとの間に仕切壁を備え、
前記仕切壁の内側には、前記一方の軸受を支持する軸受支持部が設けられ、前記軸受支持部に対向する前記仕切壁の外側には、前記冷媒流路が設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の電動コンプレッサ。 - 前記冷媒流路は、折り返し部を備えた1パスの蛇行流路であり、
前記折り返し部は湾曲している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の電動コンプレッサ。 - 前記冷媒流路に面する表面積は、前記ハウジング側よりも、前記プレート側の方が大きい、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の電動コンプレッサ。
