Claims (3)
- 鉄道車両の車輪または車軸に固定されたブレーキディスクの摺動面に押し付けられるブレーキライニングであって、
表面が前記ブレーキディスクの前記摺動面と対向する複数の摩擦構造体と、
前記摩擦構造体のそれぞれの裏面に固着された裏板と、
前記摩擦構造体を支持する基板と、
前記摩擦構造体の裏面側で、前記基板と前記裏板のそれぞれとの間に介装された弾性部材と、を備え、
前記摩擦構造体のそれぞれは、前記表面に形成された溝を挟んで隣接する一対の摩擦部と、前記溝に対応して設けられ、前記摩擦部よりも厚さが薄い薄肉部と、を含み、
前記摩擦構造体のそれぞれは、二箇所で前記基板に支持されており、前記摩擦構造体の支持点は、前記一対の摩擦部の各々にあり、
平面視において、前記裏板の輪郭は、当該裏板に固着された前記摩擦構造体の輪郭と重なり、
前記摩擦部の幅方向に関する前記薄肉部の長さは、一定であり、且つ前記摩擦部の最大幅と同じであり、前記薄肉部の前記長さをDとし、前記一対の摩擦部の支持点間距離をLとしたとき、L/Dが1.1以上である、鉄道車両用ブレーキライニング。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用ブレーキライニングであって、
前記薄肉部の平面形状が矩形である、鉄道車両用ブレーキライニング。 - 鉄道車両の車輪または車軸に固定されたブレーキディスクと、
前記ブレーキディスクの摺動面に押し付けられる、請求項1または2に記載のブレーキライニングと、を備えた、ディスクブレーキ。
