Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について、図1乃至図4を参照して説明する。
なお、第1の実施形態では、第1の構成部35と第3の構成部37との間の断面積増加部41、及び、第3の構成部37と第2の構成部36との間の断面積増加部42は、段状に形成されているが、これに限るものではない。例えば、第1の変形例として図5に示すように、断面積増加部41,42のそれぞれが、先端側へ向かうにつれて長手軸Cに垂直な断面積が徐々に増加するテーパ状に形成されてもよい。本変形例では、第1の構成部35の先端E1と第3の構成部37の基端との間に断面積増加部41が長手軸Cに沿って延設され、第3の構成部37の先端と第2の構成部36の基端E2との間に断面積増加部42が長手軸Cに沿って延設されている。したがって、第3の構成部37の基端は、断面積増加部41の先端と連続し、第3の構成部37の先端は、断面積増加部42の基端と連続している。
Claims (8)
- 長手軸に沿って延設され、基端側から先端側へ超音波振動を伝達可能な延設部と、
前記延設部に設けられ、前記長手軸に垂直な断面において第1の断面積を有する第1の構成部と、
前記延設部において前記第1の構成部より前記先端側に設けられ、前記長手軸に垂直な断面において前記第1の断面積より大きい第2の断面積を有する第2の構成部と、
前記延設部において前記第1の構成部と前記第2の構成部との間に設けられるとともに、前記長手軸に垂直な断面において前記第1の断面積より大きく、かつ、前記第2の断面積より小さい第3の断面積を有し、前記超音波振動によって前記延設部が所定の周波数範囲のいずれかの周波数で振動することにより振動腹の1つである基準振動腹が位置する第3の構成部と、
を具備する振動伝達ユニット。 - 前記延設部が前記所定の周波数範囲のいずれか周波数で振動する状態では、振動の半波長は、前記長手軸に平行な方向についての前記第3の構成部の延設寸法より大きい、請求項1の振動伝達ユニット。
- 前記延設部が前記所定の周波数範囲のいずれか周波数で振動する状態において、前記基準振動腹から前記振動の4分の1波長だけ前記基端側に位置する振動節は、前記第1の構成部の先端より前記基端側に位置するとともに、前記基準振動腹から前記振動の4分の1波長だけ前記先端側に位置する振動節は、前記第2の構成部の基端より前記先端側に位置する、請求項2の振動伝達ユニット。
- 前記所定の周波数範囲のいずれかの周波数に共振周波数が変化した際の前記基準振動腹の前記長手軸に平行な方向についての変動の幅である基準変動幅は、前記第3の構成部の前記長手軸に平行な方向についての延設寸法以下である、請求項1の振動伝達ユニット。
- 前記第3の構成部の前記第3の断面積は、前記第1の構成部の前記第1の断面積及び前記第2の構成部の前記第2の断面積の平均値と同一である、請求項1の振動伝達ユニット。
- 前記延設部は、前記第1の構成部より前記基端側に設けられ、前記第1の構成部の前記第1の断面積に前記長手軸に垂直な断面積を前記先端側へ向かって減少させる断面積減少部を備え、
前記延設部が前記所定の周波数範囲のいずれかの周波数で振動する状態において、いずれの前記振動腹も、前記長手軸に平行な方向について前記断面積減少部から離れて位置する、
請求項1の振動伝達ユニット。 - 前記延設部は、前記第2の構成部より前記先端側に設けられ、前記第2の構成部の前記第2の断面積から前記長手軸に垂直な断面積を前記先端側へ向かって減少させる断面積減少部を備え、
前記延設部が所定の前記周波数範囲のいずれかの周波数で振動する状態において、いずれの前記振動腹も、前記長手軸に平行な方向について前記断面積減少部から離れて位置する、
請求項1の振動伝達ユニット。 - 請求項1の振動伝達ユニットと、
前記振動伝達ユニットに伝達される前記超音波振動を発生する振動発生部と、
前記振動伝達ユニットに設けられ、伝達された前記超音波振動を用いて処置を行う処置部と、
を具備する超音波処置具。
