Claims (2)
- 走査電極および維持電極からなる表示電極を複数形成した前面基板と、
前記表示電極に交差するように複数のデータ電極を形成した背面基板と、
を、間に放電空間が形成されるように対向配置し、且つ、前記表示電極と前記データ電極との交差部に放電セルを形成したプラズマディスプレイパネルと、
前記データ電極に接続され且つ前記データ電極に電圧を供給するためのデータドライバと、を備え、
前記データ電極は、
前記表示電極に対向する位置に設けられた主電極部と、
前記主電極部間を接続し且つ前記主電極部より幅が狭い配線部と、
を有し、前記主電極部の角部は面取り加工が施されたことを特徴とする
プラズマディスプレイ装置。 - 前記角部は、曲率を有するR形状である、請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイ装置。
