A joining rod 3 is made to a long-sized bar shape wherein the upper end part is fixed to the guide cylinder 2 and about eight pieces thereof are provided. Thereby the cross-sectional area of the oval-shaped retainer can be made small in comparison with a cylinder-shaped retainer, thereby the number to be housed in a dust collector housing can be increased.
