周囲に具えるとともに樹脂から成るケースの底面
に植設された入出力端子ピンの端部が平坦に形成
され、絶縁ケイルムを介して該電極と該入出力端
子ピンが対向して配置されて容量を得るとともに
該ケースにはアースピンも植設され、該アースピ
ンの端部が位置する該ケースの側面に穴を具え、
該穴から半田付によつて該アースピンと該外導体
