て押圧可能にして内筒体の昇降の範囲を調節自在
になし、外筒体と内筒体間の間隙部に被加圧物を
送入可能になし、上記被加圧物とその絞り液とを
上記間隙部、及び、外側被覆体から排出可能にし
たことを特徴とする絞り機であつて、その実施の

る。外筒体2は液排出孔2bを設けた側壁と濾孔
2aを透設した周壁とよりなり周壁を外側被覆体
1の開閉板(蓋)1aに回動自在に臨接させる。
また、外側被覆体1の下底部に排出管1bを設
け、その内部は間隙部12に連通させる。支持体
4には液排出孔4aの多数を適宜の間隔置きに、
ないし、一定間隔置きに穿設する。5は内筒体3
の軸、6は軸5に回転自在に嵌挿した回転軸で、
その頭部6aに傾斜壁6bを周設し、その下端部
は内筒体3の側壁内面に固定する。傾斜壁6bは
一定間隔置きに仕切板6cの数個を設定する。ま
た、頭部6aを液排出孔2b中に挿入し支持体4
の空隙部中に至らしめる。各仕切板6c間と液排
出孔2b、支持体4の空隙部、液排出孔4aは連
通する。7は外筒体2の軸で、機台8に取付けた
副機台9上に軸支し、支持体4に挿入固着して支
持体4、外筒体2を回動自在に支持する。10,
10aは軸7の軸承で、副機台9上に固定する。
11は外側被覆体1に穿設した長目孔で上方へ長
目になし、軸5、回転軸6を嵌挿する。外側被覆
体1と外筒体2間には間隙部12を、外筒体2と
内筒体3間には間隙部13を各設ける。14は支
持板で、軸5を取付け、かつ、支持板14の一端
部は外側被覆体1の蓋1aの周縁部に軸15を以
て枢着する。外側被覆体1と蓋1aとは蝶番16
を以て接続する。17は螺旋発条を示し支持杆1
8を常時押圧する。支持杆18はピン19を以て
支持板14に枢着する。20は螺杆で、蓋1aに
固着した案内板21に螺入し、案内板21に上下
自在に挿入した支持板14の先端部を下方へ押圧
する。通常、内筒体3が上昇した時、その周壁外
面と外筒体2の周壁内面とが接圧しないため、内
筒体3にストツパーをなす突子を周設するが、螺
杆20の調節により上記両者の接圧をしないよう
にすることも可能である。22は洗滌水注出口
で、外側被覆体1の上方部に配設し、その中に配
設固定した規制枠1c内に開口する。23は搬送
コンベアー、23aはそのスクリユーを示す。搬
送コンベアー23の終端部は間隙部13に開口す
る。24は資料投入口で、その内部は搬送コンベ
アー23と連通する。25は外側被覆体1に固着
した排出管で、その内部は間隙部13に連通す
る。26,26aはスクレパーで、間隙部13中
に配設し、排出管25の間隙部13に対する開口
に近接してその上方に各設け、26は外筒体2
に、26aは内筒体3に各対設する。27は副機
台で、これに取付けた支持子28を以て搬送コン
ベアー23を支持する。29は軸7に定着したス
プロケツトホイール、30は電動機、31は変減
速機、32は変減速機31と連動するスプロケツ
トホイールで、安全スリツプ機構を具備してい
る。33は補助用スプロケツトホイール、34は
それ等スプロケツトホイール29,33,32に
掛廻わしたチエーン、35は電動機、36は変減
速機で、スクリユー23aを連結する。また、副
機台27は移動可能であり、これによつて搬送コ
ンベアー23を間隙部13から、即ち、外側被覆
体1から若干、ないし、ある程度引離し、搬送コ
ンベアー23を回動させ、蓋1aを蝶番16の個
所を支点として開閉させることができる。搬送コ
ンベアー23を逆回動し、副機台27を逆動して

し、スクリユー23aによつて間隙部13内に移
送される。その間隙部13内にある加圧資料は外
筒体2の回転とともに上昇し外筒体2の上方部に
至つてそれと内筒体3間に挾圧され、圧絞、ない
し、圧潰される(織布の如きは圧絞されるのみで
あることは勿論である。)。そして、内筒体3も加
圧資料が上記挾圧されることによつて外筒体2の
回転に連れて回転する。外筒体2の回転が進行す
るに伴い加圧資料は排出管25に至りその中を通
過して外部へ排出される。この際外筒体2の周壁
内面、及び、内筒体3の周壁外面に付着した加圧
資料の圧絞、ないし、圧潰した所謂絞り滓はスク
レパー26,26aによつて掻き取られ排出管2

り液、例えば、果汁等は内筒体3の濾孔3aを通
過して仕切板6c間に落下し傾斜壁6b上を流れ
て支持体4の空隙部に至り液排出孔4aを通じて

落下して濾孔3aを通過した絞り液と合流し排出
