Claims (1)
電極及び第2電極と、前記第1電極の近傍にイオ
ンを発生させるために、前記第1電極と第2電極
との間に交流電圧を印加する手段を有する放電装
置において、第1電極は長手方向に細線状に構成
され、一方、第2電極は第1電極と誘電体を介し
て第1電極と交叉する分割された複数の電極を有
する櫛歯状に形成され、この分割された電極はそ
れぞれ交流電源に接続されていることを特徴とす
る放電装置。 (2) 上記第2電極の櫛歯状電極ピツチは0.3
ミリメートル以上3ミリメートル以下であること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
載の放電装置。 (3) 上記第1および第2電極は誘電体基板の両
面にそれぞれ導電体層を印刷して形成したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の放電装置。 (4) 上記第1電極は誘電体面上または誘電体面
上より僅かに離して金属細線を張架して形成した
