Claims (1)
- 超高圧水銀灯の管軸に対して直交したスリツト
状開口を設け点状光源とした蛍光膜露光用超高圧
水銀灯に於いて、前記スリツト状開口部に相対向
する超高圧水銀灯の表面に、ガラスフリツト、チ
タンホワイト及びバインダを含む薄膜反射面を形
成したことを特徴とする蛍光膜露光用超高圧水銀
灯。
