合の、オン時間とオフ時間との整数比を内容とす
るテーブルデータを格納した記憶手段と、前記温
度検出手段の出力と前記電流検出手段の出力と前
記電圧検出手段の出力とに基づいて演算を行い、
前記記憶手段に格納されたテーブルデータを参照
して、最適なオン時間とオフ時間との整数比を選
択して前記電源を制御する演算手段とを有するこ
