A method is known in which the pattern is transferred to the surface of an object using the hydraulic pressure of a liquid, and then the thin film is removed from the surface of the object. However, for this method, it is desirable that the thin film has good swelling properties, i.e., expandability, like a wafer, and high flexibility and softening properties. Because it is required to adhere tightly to uneven surfaces while being stretched and developed, if a thin film with such characteristics is floated on the surface of water, the pattern printed on it will be significantly enlarged and deformed before it is transferred, causing the object to become The pattern printed on the surface cannot be transferred. Since the thin film prevents the printing pattern from being transferred to the finely uneven surface of the object, printing on complex unevenness is virtually impossible. After the printed pattern is transferred, the thin film must be removed by physical or chemical means, which increases the number of steps. There were other drawbacks.

It is composed of. That is, an arbitrary pattern layer is applied to one side of the water-soluble film using paint or printing ink using a gravure printing method, an offset printing method, or any other conventionally known printing method. The paint or printing ink used at this time can be arbitrarily selected as long as it is insoluble in water.

Float it on the surface of water 3 with the printed side facing up as shown in the figure. Then, the water-soluble film swells by soaking in water and becomes jelly-like. If a solvent or the like is applied to the pattern layer when it becomes jelly-like as shown in FIG. 3, the pattern layer is activated and becomes adhesive and spreadable. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, when the printing material 5 is quickly pressed from above the pattern layer and part or all of it is submerged in water, the pattern layer is applied to the surface of the printing material by the water pressure. closely adhere to. Next, as shown in Figure 5, if the pattern layer is completely adhered to the surface of the printing material and then the printing material is pulled out of the water, the pattern layer will be firmly adhered to the surface of the printing material and will fall off. Therefore, any pattern can be printed on the surface of the printing material having an uneven shape.
