つて形成し、ドアパネル1と各補強骨2,3,4
を外部から与えた高周波振動その他のエネルギー
によつて、合成樹脂フイルム5,5′の接合面で
融着させてなるものである。その実施態様として
は、化粧鋼板製のドアパネル1の左右両端を〓と
〓形に折り曲げて縦方向の補強部6,7を形成
し、両補強部6,7間に横方向の各補強骨2,
3,4を両端が当接するように挿入する。補強骨
2,3,4の取付けは、ドアパネル1を受台8に
合成樹脂フイルム5が上になるように置き、各補
強骨2,3,4のドアパネル1との接合部にそれ
ぞれ外向きに形成させた折り曲げフランジ面2

く保つとともに、製品の品質を安定化させること
がきるなどの格別の作用効果を奏する。
