きる。[Function] The thermoplastic resin bag containing fresh food, etc. is provided with its opening over the intake nozzle, and thereby the inner side of the pair of openings of the bag opening mechanism provided on the outer periphery of the intake nozzle. It is in a state where it has entered. In this state, the wrinkle smoothing member moves horizontally toward the outside of the resin bag. Therefore, since the wrinkle smoothing member horizontally stretches the opening of the resin bag in the width direction to flatten it, the wrinkles in the sealed portion of the opening of the resin bag are smoothed out. Then, the air in the resin bag is sucked out through the intake nozzle by the operation of the electric blower, and then the sealing mechanism is operated. This sealing mechanism clamps and closes the portion to be sealed, which has been smoothed out and made into a flat shape as described above, and heat-welds it. Therefore, it is possible to prevent wrinkles from forming in the seal portion.

Remove it from the nozzle 16, and while lifting the intake port 17 of the nozzle 16, cover the opening of the resin bag 39 containing the fresh food 38 around the nozzle 16, leaving the part containing the food 38 hanging in front of the base 1. . By setting the resin bag 39 in this way, the shrinkage member 40,
The bag opening tensioning mechanism 55 having the opening 41 enters inside the opening of the resin bag 39. In this state, the hook 42 is hooked on the hook pin 45, so if this hook 42 is removed from the hook pin 45,
The wrinkle smoothing member 4 due to the tension of the spring 43
0 and 41 will horizontally move left and right to the maximum width of the resin bag 39. In this state, the opening of the resin bag 39 is fully stretched in the width direction.
The wrinkles in the area to be sealed are smoothed out and the area becomes flat. Thereafter, when the nozzle 16 is pressed by the leaf spring 20, the resin bag 39 is sandwiched between the inlet port 17 of the nozzle 16 and the substrate 13 and held at a fixed position. When the opening/closing lid 3 is lowered to the position where it hits the stopper 34 (the position shown by the imaginary line in FIG. It is still held open. Next, when the power switch 7 is turned on, the electric blower 14 is activated and air is sucked in through the intake port 16 of the intake nozzle 16, passes through the inside of the blower 14, and flows out from the exhaust port 36, and the air inside the resin bag 39 is generated. is sucked out and the bag 39 comes into close contact with the outer surface of the food 38. Therefore, when the opening/closing operation knob 10 of the opening/closing lid 3 is pressed down, the stopper 34 and the operation button 33a of the micro switch 33 are pressed down on the lower surface of the front plate 3b of the lid 3, as shown in FIG. 5, to open the switch 33. ,
As a result, current flows through the sheathed heater 32 and the heating plate 30 is heated. At the same time, the pressing body 28
is pressed against the heating plate 30, and the opening of the resin bag 39, which has been smoothed out by the wrinkle smoothing members 40 and 41 of the bag opening mechanism 55, is closed by being held between the pressing body 28 and the heating plate 30, and Sealing is performed by heat welding. Therefore, the resin bag 39 can be sealed without causing wrinkles in the sealed portion. In the manner described above, the food 38 is vacuum packed in the resin bag 39. Next, when the cutter operating knob 11 is pressed down, the tip of the cutter 24 is lowered to a position where it enters the slit 29, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Therefore, when the knob 11 is pushed down and slid along the guide groove 12 from the left end toward the right end (or vice versa), the resin bag 39 is cut at a position near the opening end near the seal portion. Then, after turning off the power switch 7 and stopping the power supply to the electric blower 14 and the sheathed heater 32, the opening/closing lid 3 is opened by lifting the knob 10, and the resin bag 39 in which the food 38 is vacuum-packed can be taken out. can.

A tension spring 48 is provided between the wrinkle smoothing members 46 and 47 to open them outwardly. On the other hand, a guide groove 49 that is long in the intake direction is formed in the center of the intake port 17.
An engaging member 50 that is movable forward and backward along the line 9 is provided, and this member 50 is engaged with both the engaging protrusions 46b and 47b. Further, a hook 51 similar to that shown in FIG.
1 is provided with a hook pin 52 for hooking the hook 51.
When hooked on the hook pin 52, the wrinkle smoothing member 4

5, after putting the resin bag 39 on the outside of both wrinkle smoothing members 46 and 47 with the hook 51 hooked on the hook pin 52, the hook 51 is hooked on the hook pin 52.
When removed from the bag, the tension of the spring 48 causes the wrinkle smoothing members 46 and 47 to horizontally rotate left and right to the maximum width of the resin bag 39, allowing the wrinkles of the resin bag 39 to be smoothed out. In this bag opening tensioning mechanism 55, if the rotating ends of the wrinkle smoothing members 46, 47 are rounded as shown in the figure, there is no risk of tearing the resin bag 39 at the corners of the wrinkle smoothing members 46, 47.

The present invention, which has been explained above based on the embodiments, has the gist of the structure set forth in the claims. A sealing mechanism located in front of the intake nozzle clamps and closes the opening of the resin bag and heat-welds it, which of course allows for easy vacuum packing with a simple configuration. Then, in this vacuum packing operation, the present invention has a structure in which the opening of the resin bag is pulled into a flattened shape by a wrinkle smoothing member included in the bag opening tensioning mechanism, and the above-mentioned heat welding is performed in the wrinkle smoothed state. This has the effect of preventing incomplete sealing due to wrinkles and providing a vacuum packing device with high sealing reliability.
