Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、エンジン、操縦席、駆動前車輪及
びミツシヨンケースを装備した前車体と、荷台及
び駆動後車輪を装備した後車体とを左右に胴折れ
自在に連結し、且つ前記ミツシヨンケースと後車
体の後部に設けたPTO軸とを連動連結してある
運搬車に関するものである。 上記運搬車においては、後車体後部に連結した
作業装置や荷台上に搭載した作業装置をPTO軸
で駆動するのであるが、PTO軸を任意に駆動停
止するためのクラツチ及び操作レバーが必要とな
る。 このような場合、一般には前車体のミツシヨン
ケース内にPTOクラツチを内装し、且つこの操
作レバーを座席の前方、あるいは左右側方の近傍
に設けることになる。しかしながら、座席の前
方、あるいは左右側方の近傍には普通、変速レバ
ー、駐車レバー、デフロツクレバー等のレバー類
が設けられるので、PTOクラツチレバーを設け
ると各レバーが接近して、かえつて操作性が悪化
したり誤操作を招きやすくなるものであつた。特
に、PTOクラツチレバーを操作するときは後方
の作業装置やその周辺を監視して安全を確かめて
からクラツチ入り切り操作を行うことが多いが、
レバーが座席の前方、あるいは左右側方の近傍に
あると運転者は上半身を後方にひねつた不安定な
体勢で且つクラツチレバーから目をはなして操作
することとなつて、一層操作性を悪化するもので
あつた。 この考案は、かかる点に着目してなされたもの
であつて、胴折れ型運搬車特有の構造に着目し
て、上記不具合なく安全確実にPTOクラツチ操
作を行えるようにすることを目的とする。 以下本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明す
る。 第1図は胴折れ型運搬車の全体側面、第2図は
その平面を夫々示し、左右一対の主フレーム1上
にエンジン2と操縦席3を左右並設するととも
に、主フレーム1下方にミツシヨンケース4とデ
フケース5を介して動力を受ける左右の前車輪
6,6を配備して前車体が構成され、又、左右
一対の主フレーム8上にダンプ荷台9を搭載する
とともに、主フレーム8後部下方にデフケース1
0を介して動力を受ける左右の後車輪11,11
を配備して後車体12が構成され、そして前車体
主フレーム1の後端と後車体フレーム8の前端と
がヒツチ部13を介して縦軸心P周りに左右胴折
れ自在に連結されるとともに、操縦席3の前部に
設けた操縦ハンドル14の回動操作でパワステア
リング用油圧シリンダ15を伸縮駆動して後車体
12に対して前車体を操向旋回駆動できるよう
になている。 又、前記ミツシヨンケース4と後車輪デフケー
ス10とは前記両主フレーム1,8の下方におい
て伝動軸17、伸縮自在な伝動軸18及び自在継
手19……を介して連動連結され、又、ミツシヨ
ンケース4の後端面上部に突設されて常時回転さ
れるPTO駆動軸20と、後車体12の主フレー
ム8後部に減速ケース21を介して配設した
PTO軸22が次のように連動連結されている。 つまり、前車体主フレーム1の後部上方には前
記PTO駆動軸20にベルト23によつて連動連
結された中間軸24が設けられるとともに、後車
体主フレーム8の上方には補助減速ケース25と
中間軸受部26に亘つて支架したPTO伝動軸2
7が設けられ、このPTO伝動軸27の前端と前
記中間軸24とが伸縮伝動軸28、自在継手2
9,29及び咬合式クラツチ30を介して連動連
結されている。そして、このクラツチ30の操作
レバー31が操縦席3の後方の左右略中央位置に
立設されている。 第4図はPTO伝動系の別の実施例を示す。こ
れは主フレーム1,8の地上高が比較的高い大型
機の場合を示し、前記PTO駆動軸20とPTO伝
動軸27が主フレーム1,8下方でクラツチ30
を介して軸伝動されている。 尚、PTO軸22の減速ケース21又は25に
代えて変速ケースを設け、その変速レバーを前記
PTOクラツチ操作レバー31と並設して実施す
るもよく、又、ミツシヨンケース4内でPTO変
速を行うもよい。 以上実施例で説明したように、本考案は、エン
ジン2、操縦席3、駆動前車輪6及びミツシヨン
ケース4を装備した前車体と、荷台9及び駆動
後車輪11を装備した後車体12とを左右に胴折
れ自在に連結し、且つ前記ミツシヨンケース4と
後車体12の後部に設けたPTO軸22とを連動
連結してある運搬車において、前記PTO軸22
に対する伝動系の前車体側部分にクラツチ30
を設け、このクラツチ30の操作レバー31を前
記前車輪6の軸心方向視において、前記操縦席3
と荷台9との間に立設してあることを特徴とする
ものであるから、PTOクラツチ操作レバー31
を操縦席3から離れた後方に設けることによつ
て、操縦席3の前方、あるいは左右側方の周りに
操作レバー類を多く配備して操作性を悪化するこ
とがなく、むしろこのPTOクラツチ操作レバー
31を操作するときは、身体を後向きにひねつて
PTO軸22で駆動される機体後方の付設作業装
置を監視しながらクラツチ入切操作するので、レ
バー31が操縦席3後方にある方が確実、軽快且
つ安全に操作できるのである。 つまり、係る胴折れ型の運搬車においては前車
と後車体12との連結部周辺が胴折れスペー
スのために比較的大きくあいており、本考案はこ
の点を有効に利用してPTOクラツチ30とその
操作レバー31を配設して、上記のように操作性
の向上を図り得たのである。
