(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、被加工物を鏡面仕上げするのに用い
られるペーパーラツプ盤のラツピングペーパーを
その目詰を防止するために1回の加工毎に送つて
新しいペーパー面をラツピング部に送給するよう
にしたペーパーラツプ盤のラツピングペーパー自

るラツピングヘツドを備え、この″ラツピングヘ
ツドは機枠に取付けられた昇降用シリンダによつ
て被加工物に対し昇降させられる。一方、ラツピ
ングペーパー自動送り装置は、ラツピングペーパ
ーを被加工物の加工毎に回転する駆動輪とこのラ
ツピングペーパーを挟んで駆動輪に押圧される従
動輪とから成つている。従来技術のラツピングペ
ーパー自動送り装置は、ラツピングヘツドの昇降
運動に連動して所定角度正逆回転する回転軸とラ
ツピングヘツドの上昇による回転軸の回転運動の
方向にのみ駆動輪を回転する一方回転伝達手段と
から成つている(実開昭56−62843号参照)。しか
し、この従来技術の装置ではラツピングヘツドの
昇降に連動して回転軸を正逆回転するカムフオロ
アと一方クラツチ等の複雑な機構を必要とし設備
が高価となる上にこれらの複雑な機構が占める大
きなスペースが必要となつて大型化する欠点があ

る上に全体的に小型化されて狭いスペースにも適

工物18に対して押圧するシリンダの如き直線駆
動源28とから成つている。押圧部材26は、直
線駆動源28のピストン28aに連結された可動
ホルダ30に取付けられ、可動ホルダ30は固定
ホルダ32にスラストベアリング34を介して摺
動自在に支持された案内杆36を有する。直線駆
動源28は固定ホルダ32に支持され、またラツ
ピングペーパーロール22は固定ホルダ32の一
側から延びるブラケツト38に支持される。ラツ
ピングペーパーロール22から繰出されるラツピ
ングペーパー24は可動ホルダ30上の一方のガ
イドピン40、押圧部材26及び可動ホルダ30
上の他方のガイドピン40′を通つて本考案のラ
ツピングペーパー自動送り装置10に導入され

ことによつて従動輪46を駆動輪44に押付けた
り駆動輪44から離すことができる。このように
してラツピングペーパー24を駆動輪44と従動
輪46との間に入れたり外したりすることができ
