Various fluid equipment installed in automobile engines,
For example, some solenoid valves for controlling the negative pressure fluid circuit of engine exhaust purification devices have an exterior made of synthetic resin, and this exterior is assembled by means such as caulking with a metal yoke. However, when this solenoid valve is used exposed to the high temperature atmosphere in the engine room, the synthetic resin part, which has poorer heat resistance than metal material, contracts, the assembly part loosens, and each part moves loosely. I couldn't escape this drawback.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a solenoid valve that can avoid the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. To achieve this purpose, this invention utilizes a metal yoke on the outermost surface without caulking the exterior of the casing. Then, the synthetic resin parts constituting the exterior part are pressed into close contact with each other by a tightening force directed inward from the outside and assembled. The main idea will be explained below with reference to the figures.

Reference numeral 8 denotes an annular plate iron core, which is sealed by a seal 9 and is sandwiched between the case 1 and the cover 2. Note that the stepped portion 2a of the cover 2 fits into the flange portion 1a of the case 1 at the location where the plate core 8 is held. The plate core 8 integrally has a cylindrical portion 8a. Reference numeral 10 denotes a valve seal made of a non-magnetic material, which fits into the tubular movable iron core 6. The valve seal may be made of any non-magnetic material, and the compression spring 11, which may be made of metal or rubber, is interposed between the step on the inner peripheral surface of the hole 12 of the fixed core and the valve seal 10, and is movable. The iron core 6 is biased to the right in the figure, and the valve seal 10 is brought into contact with the stopper 6a as shown in the figure, thereby biasing the valve to open. In this valve open state, the port 13 at the left end of the hole 12 of the fixed core 5 is electrically connected to the port 14 on the right side of the figure. Reference numeral 15 at the lower left of FIG. 1 is a terminal portion, which connects the coil 3 to a power source. coil 3
When energized, the movable iron core 6 is attracted by it and moves to the left in the figure, and the valve seal 10 closes the right end of the hole 12. Therefore, the left port 13 and the right port 14 become non-conductive. right port 1
4 is connected to atmospheric pressure, and the left port 13 is connected to a negative pressure circuit, the negative pressure response device that is connected to this negative pressure circuit and operates, for example, the negative pressure input to the exhaust gas recirculation system of a car, can be connected to the negative pressure circuit. The solenoid valve of the present invention is useful as a solenoid valve for control.

Next, the characteristic structure of the solenoid valve of the present invention will be explained below. FIG. 2 is a front view of the exterior, and a U-shaped yoke 16 as shown in FIG. 3 tightly connects the case 1 and the cover 2 as described below. The yoke 16 has an integral bracket 17 with a mounting hole 18. The yoke 16 has both U-shaped leg ends bent inward to form claws 19, and shoulders 20 and 21. It also has a first stage narrow part 22 and a second stage narrow part 23, respectively. The yoke 16 engages the shoulder 20 with two protrusions 24 on each side of the case 1, sandwiches the first stage narrow part 22 between the two protrusions 24, and also holds the second stage narrow part 23 between the two protrusions 24. It is inserted into the holes in the ears 25 protruding on both sides of the cover 2, and then bent to form the claws 19 after passing through the holes 27 (FIG. 5) in the support plate 26. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the bent portion 28 of the yoke 16 is fitted into a groove 29 on the end face of the case.

As explained above, the case 1 and the cover 2 are composed of the claw 19 of the yoke 16 and the bent portion 2, as shown in FIG.
8 and are pressed together from the outside, and do not rely on metal caulking means. Therefore, even if it is exposed to a high temperature atmosphere for a long time, the assembly will not loosen due to contraction of the synthetic resin parts, and therefore each part will not move or rattle. However, the yoke 16 engages the bent portion 28 with the groove 29 on the end face of the case, engages the shoulder 20 with the protrusion 24 of the case, and sandwiches the first stage narrow portion 22 between the protrusions 24, so that the shoulder 21 is engaged with the ear 25 of the cover 2, and the second stage narrow portion 23 is passed through the hole of the ear 25 and the hole 27 of the support plate 26, so the case 1 and the cover 2 are
It has strong resistance to vibrations both along the axis and in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and is firmly coupled. Therefore, even if the yoke 16 is installed in a place where the engine vibrates strongly, the assembly of the yoke 16, the case 1, and the cover 2 will not be messed up, and the connection between the case 1 and the cover 2 will not be broken. It is.
