音効果が向上し、また複数の排気管を消音室に集
中連結したことにより、排気脈動波による吸い出
し効果(以下、単に脈動効果という)を各気筒に
相互に及ぼし合うようにすることにより、一層の

側に前記各気筒から延びる複数の排気管を二分し
てそれぞれ接続開口させると共に、各室の後壁側
にそれぞれ前記消音管を接続したことを特徴とす

ように固着した保護カバーであり、加熱された消
音室2および消音管3から運転者を保護するため

本来の脈動効果利用による出力向上を阻害される
