内輪31の内輪軌道32には潤滑性能を有する材
料の被覆33として銀被膜がイオンプレーテイン
グ法および湿式メツキ法等によつて施されてい
る。前記外輪21と内輪31との間には第一の転
動体41と第二の転動体42とが交互に配設さ
れ、総玉形の玉軸受となつている。前記第一の転
動体41はセラミツクからなつているボールなの
で第一の転動体41の転動面はセラミツクからな
つており、また第二の転動体42は高速度鋼又は
ステンレス鋼等の耐熱性を有する材料からなつて
いるボールである。前記第二の転動体42の表面
には潤滑性能を有する材料の被膜43として銀被
膜がイオンプレーテイング法および湿式メツキ法
等によつて施され、この第二の転動体42は第一
の転動体41より直径が少し小さくなつている。
従つて、玉軸受に加わる力は第一の転動体41を
介して作用する。
