台車成るいはコンベア等を利用して機械化されている。(Prior Art) In the past, a tube yarn produced by a spinning machine, that is, a full bobbin, was manually conveyed to a winder and finished into a product (cheese) by the machine. Recently, with the advent of tube changing machines that automatically remove full bobbins from the spindle rows of spinning machines, complex tube changing operations have become mechanized, and carts or conveyors are also used to transfer both air-conditioning bobbins. It is mechanized.

特開昭58−59167号等多数提案されている。In Japanese Patent Application No. 100469/1982 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 25189/1989), one of the applicants of the present invention proposed a bobbin conveying method suitable for separate spindle management. The invention described in the above proposal is not only useful in the field of synthetic fibers where the pirn weight is extremely heavy;
Even in the spinning field where the full bobbin weight is light, the spinning machine is a bobbin conveying method that meets the production pattern of small lots and a wide variety of products.
Auctions are often used in winders, and many related inventions have been proposed, such as in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-59167.

(not shown), the required branched conhair Q3 winder (2) is introduced so that it arrives at the required winder (problem to be solved by the invention). Normally, the conveyance path is configured in a closed loop, and if both the spinning machine that produces full bobbins and the winder that consumes them are operating normally, problems with spindle management and small-lot, high-mix production will be solved as described above. can be achieved in time.

When winder (4) stopped, the supply and demand relationship of the entire system collapsed, and the spinning machine itself that corresponded to A-winder (4) had to be stopped as well. The present invention aims to eliminate such disadvantages that exist in the above-mentioned conveyance method.

In other words, a large number of independent carriers that support individual bobbins are circulated in a closed-loop conveyance path that connects a front-process machine such as a spinning frame and a next-process machine such as a winder, thereby transferring both empty and full bobbins between the front and rear processes. In the bobbin conveyance method to be carried out, a bobbin exchange device is installed at an appropriate position on the conveyance path of the independent carrier from the next process machine to the previous process machine, and this removes a full bobbin from the independent carrier and transfers it to the carrier. It is designed to insert an empty bobbin.

。(Function) In the known bobbin conveying method, the present invention extracts a full bobbin loaded on an independent carrier, that is, a tray, on the way from the next process machine to the previous process machine, and then inserts an empty bobbin therein. Therefore, even if a particular next-processing machine stops and becomes impossible to consume full bobbins, the supply and demand balance of the entire system will not be disrupted, and only empty bobbins can be replenished and full bobbins stored. The method of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the example shown in the figure below.1. (Example) In Figure 1, there are a plurality of α 8) ring spinning machines, (to) the corresponding winder, and (3) the closed-loop main conveyor that connects the two.

The full bobbin removal gutter groove and the empty bobbin insertion mechanism built into the device αQ are known mechanisms, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-8701 for the former.
The tip extraction device described in Japanese Patent No. 5 can be used, and the tip insertion mechanism of a single-spindle doffing device can be used for the latter.

Only two effective methods have been found: to stop the machine or to actively stop the front-end machine, but by implementing the method of the present invention, countermeasures against machine stoppage can be easily implemented.
