At the same time, the printed surface has a good gloss and a beautiful printing finish, and since the film is thin, the bulge that overlaps the overlapped area is thin, so it does not get caught when the coated container is transferred by an automatic machine. It has the advantage of being less likely to cause problems such as falling over.
Furthermore, since labels made of transparent non-foamed plastic film can be printed on the back side, ink transfer will not occur even if the printed labels are heated while in contact with each other, and the printed surface will not be scratched. On the other hand, labels made of translucent non-foamed plastic film are widely used because of their excellent hiding power and the ability to maintain the beauty of the printed surface even after the cylinder is filled with contents. There is.

Disadvantages are that it tends to get dirty, and since it is opaque, it is not possible to print on the back, so the printed surface is easily scratched, and that ink transfer is likely to occur when printed labels are heated while in contact with each other. was there.

It is difficult to maintain the beauty of the printed surface after the body is filled with the contents, and on the other hand, in the case of translucent film, printing on the back side is not possible, so the printed surface is easily scratched and printed. The disadvantage that ink transfer easily occurs when two labels are heated while they are in contact with each other has been eliminated.

It consists of two layers of polymerized plastic film, an inner side of which is a heat-shrinkable foamed plastic film, and an outer side of which is a heat-shrinkable non-foamed plastic film that is thinner than the foamed plastic film, and the two layers of polymerized plastic films are on both sides. A label characterized in that edges are overlapped to form an overlapping part, and the overlapping part is overlapped to form a cylindrical shape.

A method for producing a label, comprising: a joining step of forming a bag-like continuous label made of two layers of the plastic film with both longitudinal ends open.
