本発明は主として建築物の内装材として使用する低発泡
硬質塩化ビニル樹脂押出成形品の製法に関し、特に材料
樹脂中に木粉と少量の発泡剤を混入させると共に成形品
の表面に形成されるスキン層を削除して製品の表面に導

も表面にはスキン層が形成されていて、表面硬度が硬く
て木質の感じが無いことはもとより、木製部材に常用さ
れている醋酸ビニル樹脂系の接着剤や塗料との親和性が
低くて接着したり塗装したりすることが困難なため用途

機に投入し、所望の形状の低発泡硬質塩化ビニル樹脂押
出成形品を成形し、次いで成形品の表面に形成されたス
キン層を鋼線層のワイヤブラシによって削除して製品と
