Stained glass that is generally used for such purposes is expensive, but also has the drawbacks of being easily damaged and heavy due to the material it is made of.Also, similar to stained glass, vinyl sheets with various patterns printed on them, or There are vinyl sheets attached to plate glass or transparent synthetic resin plates, and synthetic resin plates with various colors, but although these are cheap, they lack durability and weather resistance and cannot withstand long-term use. It had some flaws.

That is, the shade of the present invention, as shown in the drawings,
The base material 2 is a flexible sheet material such as textiles or Japanese paper that has been colored on the back side, and a transparent resin layer 1 is formed on both the front and back sides of the base material 2.
Further, on the front side, a light shielding part 7 formed by layering a light shielding layer, a light shielding part finishing layer 5, and a surface finishing layer 6 is provided, leaving the light transmitting part 3, and on the back side, the light transmitting part 3 is provided. A light shielding part 7' is provided by leaving a light shielding part finishing layer 5' and a surface finishing layer 6' from the back side, and the shade is manufactured according to the following process. be.

That is, the base material 2 is a flexible sheet material such as various types of textiles, especially fine-density chemically woven canvas fabrics or Japanese paper, which are colored on the back side, and the back side of the base material is colored with various dyes, pigments, etc. Dye solutions of various colors containing synthetic resins such as acrylic synthetic resins containing dispersed agents are prepared, and the back side of the base material 2 is colored in one color or partially using different color dye solutions, or the colors are overlapped. Color it. In addition, in the case of overlapping colors, it is preferable to first dry the dye liquid used for the base material and then color it with another dye liquid to be overlapped. Next, transparent resin layers 1 are formed on both the front and back surfaces of the base material thus formed.

Any type of resin can be used as long as it is a thermoplastic synthetic resin that forms a transparent film. It is most suitable to form layer 1, which gives the base material shrink-proofing properties and heat resistance, prevents distortion, and provides a sealing effect, especially when the base material is a textile.

Next, after the coated surface is completely dried and a film is formed to form a transparent resin layer 1, a transparent part 3 with an arbitrary pattern is left on the surface side, and the remaining part is injected with black oil-based or water-based ink. After drying, a white water-based ink is applied on it to form a light-shielding finishing layer 5, and then a final surface finishing layer 6 is formed on top of it to form a light-shielding layer 4. The light-shielding part 7 is provided on the back side, and the light-transmitting part 3 is left on the back side, and the remaining part is overlaid with a light-shielding part finishing layer 5' and a surface finishing layer 6' in the same manner as described above. ′

However, the light-shielding finishing layers 5 and 5' are provided for the purpose of completely covering the black color of the light-shielding layer 4 from both the front and back surfaces, thereby making the effect of the surface finishing layer more effective. In order to give the shade of this invention a gorgeous feel, for example, a synthetic resin in which fine particles such as pearl powder, metal, or glass are dispersed can be applied to form a bright surface, or in combination with an arbitrary pattern on the transparent part. The entire surface is patterned to form a single pattern, giving it a beautiful feel.

Various known methods can be applied to form a transparent resin layer, a light-shielding layer, a light-shielding finishing layer, and a surface finishing layer on both the front and back sides of a flexible sheet material such as textiles or Japanese paper as a base material. A method of applying using a silk screen is suitable. Also, when fine particles such as pearl powder or metallic glass are dispersed in a transparent synthetic resin and used as a surface finishing layer, there is no problem in applying it to the entire surface of the shade including the transparent part.
On the contrary, the effect of suppressing the color tone of the transparent portion can be brought about. Furthermore, if the shade is used with the back surface out of sight, it goes without saying that the formation of a surface finishing layer on the shade may be omitted for shades intended for such uses.

Furthermore, since the shade of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the coloring of the stained glass depends on the selection of dyes and pigments when coloring the back side of the base material, the superposition of colors, the structure of the bright surface in the surface finishing layer, etc. It is possible to obtain shades not only colored close to the primary colors, but also in a wide variety of rich tones.

As described in detail above, the shade of the present invention is
The base material is a flexible sheet material such as textiles or Japanese paper with colored backsides, and transparent resin layers are provided on both sides, and a light-shielding layer is provided on the front side, leaving a light-transmitting part on the front side.
A light shielding part formed by layering a light shielding part finishing layer and a surface finishing layer is provided, and a light shielding part formed by layering a light shielding part finishing layer and a surface finishing layer, leaving the light transmitting part on the back side. Because it is a shaded glass, it is light in weight and does not have the risk of breaking like stained glass, and it is more durable and weather resistant than those made from vinyl sheets or synthetic resin boards, and it is also a textile material. Because it uses flexible sheet materials such as Japanese paper and Japanese paper as a base material, the shade of this invention is extremely flexible and can be bent and adapted to any complex curved surface, and can be rolled up for storage and transportation. It is easy to handle and easy to process, and when the shade of this invention is displayed in front of a light source, a beautiful pattern stands out through the transparent part, giving the viewer a similar feeling to stained glass. It gives a gorgeous feeling.
